What I am going to write will certainly be opposed by many, but I think that after deeper reflection you'll agree with me.
The answer to your question is: there is no such way!
The reason behind it is simple - if somebody doesn't want to do what is NOT required of them, there is no way to force the person to do it, no matter what incentives you may offer.
What is consistently taught here at SFI (and anywhere else for that matter) is that you should be concerned on quality over quantity.
Do you know the Pareto rule, or the 80/20 rule? It says (in its most general sense) that we achieve 80 percent of our results from 20 percent of our resources. I think this would find confirmation also at SFI.
So, why bother? Why beat the dead horse? Simply forget about them and move on, concentrate on those who ARE active, who do something and try to teach them to do more. Another adage here at SFI: Lead by the example! Show your active affiliates everything you have ever used to build your success at SFI, tell them honestly what free and paid methods you used, incentivize them, and forget about those who ignore your e-mails or any other form of communication.
I learned this the hard way. I also wanted to be a good "papa" for my affiliates in every program I participate in, but one of the owners of such programs told me exactly what I have told you today. Yes, these words came from the OWNER of one of the most successful programs online so far as the reply to my question exactly like yours.
If this was a regular job, those people would have already got fired for abesnteeizm, right?
