Very interesting question. My analysis to this question will be as follows:

Maximum number of Affiliates joining SFI just seeing an advertisement of “FREE” XXXXX Business, earn money XXXXXX, etc. & don’t try to understand about the structure of SFI after joining. Instead they wish that, they should get money immediately without doing any sort of efforts. This kind of affiliates who becomes dormant cannot be encouraged to become active.

Only few affiliates who wish to do something, but due of lack of awareness & guidance become dormant. This kind of affiliates can be motivated & encouraged by regular interactions on phone, through SFI Team mails as well as Personal mail ID. One can use Skype also for better communications to make them understand better about SFI Business and can be converted from inactive to active.

I think I have shared my experience to utmost satisfaction of all SFI members.

Encouraging?!

Many become members just to see what it is, look greeting sponsor or undertake other minor actions, and it's mostly all the work. At this point, the whole story ends.

I mean, first of all, it is necessary to explain what is SFI, what sets it apart from other similar businesses. No access fees, it is mostly work from home, without a lot of group presentations and aggressive persuasion potential affiliates to start working ... SFI is not none of that.

People are tired of the job offers "that are the best," "the one day you get an enormous amount of money" and similar false promises.

It should be clear to the people, it must be said that this is a serious business, long-term and well-arranged and methodical work. I think, when you set up things in this manner, all go easier.

Of course, there will always be those who fall asleep, or on initial success, or nothing at all attempt, rejecting any further step.

I think the way in which he joined, says a lot more about his approach to the job, and probably, everything else in life. Or is he one of those "tired", so this is kind of his protest.

So what to do?

You have to give them incentive ......... primarily to explain the benefits of this deal, and then set their goal, deadline, award for achieving the set. If he is serious, he will accept the challenge, if not .... Then maybe we should not waste time with them.

The first you should do is getting there Personal Mail address,
After this, contact them directly through there personal mail address.
Explain in details what SFI stand for and what they can benefit from joining SFI.
Them them it is not a hedge fund type of program and they should understand that it takes time and hard-work to get to the top.
Explain to them that once they get to the top, the future is bright as the income will continue to grow

I am of the opinion that at least once a week to write the CSA's that they know we're here if you need help.
My experience is that everyone occasionally return to the site to see it.
This lack of confidence is the main problem.

The encouragement, the possibilities for assistance can help to change the view and re-start and be successful.
I also walked slowly, but surely, I go forward.

It is an advice / request that once you join in SFI then take a pledge that you will never give up. I mean will never quit from your responsibilities. If you do that you will be at your edge of the Aim. It is not a big problem for you to maintain your day to day works alongwith this business. You just want to do is look in to your TO DO List actions daily. Before came to that. You must complete your profile page in your affiliate centre. You can got everything I mean all directions from the LAUNCHPAD given right side above the affiliate centre page under where your name appeared. You can collect 450 points from the launchpad lessons simply answering the quiz in each launchpad lessons.
Then go to a2a page to complete the requirements, there you have to complete your profile and update your real photograph also confirm your registration.
Then goes to Versa Points Ledger and see all actions you want to do. There you can see so many options where you want to simply click on right side of the page above. There you can see the green colour V shape and vps. Just click their to get your VPs from every action pages.
There is so many ways you can earn your VPs imdtly and you can be an Executive Affiliate within one day. If you are able to complete your 500 VPs within 24 hours you can got an extra 200 VPs for that work and also a fast track badge on your affiliate centre page.
So remember never ever ever give up. You are not charged for any actions in affiliate centre page. When you complete your 1500 VPs. You become the EA and you can got 2 affiliates under your downline to earn real income.

Put your heart, mind, and soul into even your smallest acts. This is the secret of success. Never give up on your affiliates! Keep sending all of them encouraging team emails! Include words of praise and inspiration. For whatever reason the affiliate became dormant give them an opportunity for a fresh start!

Its very Simple.....

I will show them my plan as to how to achieve the Four Figure Income in SFI in Six Months time. I know it is bit difficult but not impossible at all.

I remember very well that ATOM BOMB is created because of power of duplication. So to achieve the results, the important aspect in SFI is Power of Duplication....

I know i can encourage my affiliates who are either new or dormant

I think that many affiliates become inactive because they become involved in too many programs and lose focus.
I've done this myself and found that I stretched myself too thin and just got overwhelmed with everything that I had to do.

Imagine how successful we would all be if we just promoted SFI in our advertising efforts instead of numerous other programs that will probably disappear in the near future.

Affiliates need to be encouraged to stay focused on just one program until they reach success before taking on something else.
Most of us have busy lives with family and work committments and our time is precious and needs to be spent wisely.

So, I would encourage affiliates to take another look at SFI and to choose this program to focus on rather than something else, as we know that this program works with effort and committment.

I love this question as this is an on-going challenge to anyone who has a down-line.

I have found, albeit I have only been with the SFI family now for less than a year, that it is important to focus leadership efforts on creating and understanding how SFI can become part of the individual's meaningful experience.

Meaningful ownership is critical to identify with each down-line member. Everyone has a passion for something - the passion that we as humans possess can be used to self-motivate for affiliates to find their reason to carry on with the SFI business. Some are passionate about improved quality of life, others are passionate about supporting family members and extended family members during economic difficulties in their country, and others simply may want to find a way to improve their local community such as but not limited to sponsoring children to go to camps because their families can not afford to give them that.

The affiliates who are part of your down-line simply mirror what is happening with the leadership of their team. So when someone is starting to slow down/become dormant in activity it is critical to reach out to the individual as a 1 - 1 and discuss what is important. SFI is an opportunity that only works when there is value added service to not only the owner but to those that are part of their circle of influence.

On a regular basis, I send messages to members - directly, to inquire what the opportunity of SFI means to them so that I can tailor fit my leadership support to that meaningfulness that feeds their passion.

Passion for a human is the same as gasoline for a car - you go further when your tank is full.
