I mean, first of all, it is necessary to explain what is SFI, what sets it apart from other similar businesses. No access fees, it is mostly work from home, without a lot of group presentations and aggressive persuasion potential affiliates to start working ... SFI is not none of that.
People are tired of the job offers "that are the best," "the one day you get an enormous amount of money" and similar false promises.
It should be clear to the people, it must be said that this is a serious business, long-term and well-arranged and methodical work. I think, when you set up things in this manner, all go easier.

I think the way in which he joined, says a lot more about his approach to the job, and probably, everything else in life. Or is he one of those "tired", so this is kind of his protest.
So what to do?
You have to give them incentive ......... primarily to explain the benefits of this deal, and then set their goal, deadline, award for achieving the set. If he is serious, he will accept the challenge, if not .... Then maybe we should not waste time with them.
