As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

Reassigning of PSA's is one of the ways to encourage or perk up your downline.
When you feel that your downline is not performing well,you can start a contest or you can tell all of them by sending a message that you will be alloting a certain number of PSA's if they reach EA status or EA2 status.
The number of your PSAs should be that much which you can handle & reply if you receive any query. If you have more ,you can apply the above method. So it depends on the time you have &

I have done something similar with assigning PSA's to affiliates.
In fact, for me, letting affiliates know that if they make EA then I will assign 5 affiliates to them. This not only gives incentive for affiliates to attain EA but also helps you to grow. I think this is a growth experience for affiliates because when you assign these to your affiliate you are giving them a chance to grow by experiencing having an affiliate, like learning to send team email, tracking progress etc.

Checking your GENEOLOGY account will show you how many affiliates downlines you have, and by all means you can decide reassigning PSA to any downlines you selected. The best best way to reassign PSA to another downlines is by creating a close communication using teammail for you to receive a good outcome. I typically don't do a lot of "reassigning" because I've found that the PSA's recieving the "gift" seem to think I'm going to build their business for them and then don't do as much of their own recruiting.

I will reassign as a reward for reaching a goal and on occasion to give a working affiliate someone to send email to for the VP each week. Very, very rarely I will reassign an affiliate due to language barriers. Other than that I can't come up with a good reason

There is a saying that is applicable to this answer - "Different horses are for different courses"

Most affiliates will not relate to the various communications sent to them as they do not wish to get into any correspondence. Most only communicate only when they need help.

Hi!
I'm sure you've had this answer already, but I really feel you are focussing on the wrong issue by asking how many are enough. I feel you should rather ask yourself who deserves being reassigned downlines. Only you will be able to decide who to give the incentive to (and I believe that is the only valid reason), and only you will know you can possibly work better with a particular PSA.
In short, I do not think the matter of how manner PSAs you have comes into the equation at all.

I don't think this can be answered simply in numerical terms. If you find that you are having time constraints in terms of keeping up with correspondence from your team, then it may be time to reassign to one of your most promising PSAs. Also, if you have acquired your minimum recommended 5 active PSAs besed on the 3-step plan, then it may be time to consider reassignments because duplication is one of the most powerful tools in generating that residual income we seek.

Well, as a New Team Leader, I hope that you have already a good training. Doing every day your to-do list, you can see, read and train a lot!

I think that first, you haft to have patience, until your PSAs became EA, then EA2, and then ... maybe they also became Team Leaders. When you see that your PSAs became EA2, just have patience. Wait some days, and take a look of this PSA. Of his daily activity. Look also if he is visiting everyday the tripleclicks.com, and also

Hello there,

there is really not a pacific time to reassign psa's.

it has been said that you only need five (5) psa/csa on your downline.

if you are 'a new team leader', i would recommend that you wait a little to see exactly who are your serious movers before reassigning any psa.

keep in mind that you may have 300 psa and only 1 or none is active. watch the trend.

PSA is very important to each and everyone. it can help the member attain what he wanted to be...but time will come that a team leader needs to share his PSA to his downlines most especially when his downline needed it most. being a generous leader is a grow and success to all the team members. he also earn a VP by doing so. the new Team Leader would know the best time he needs to re-assign his PSA to his downline by always monitoring the records of this downlines and the progress of his Points earned.
