Tough question.

Here is a tough answer.

Don't waste time trying to convince someone to continue.

First of all it most likely won't be successful. Even if it is successful there is a very good chance that the affiliate will be wanting to quit again... usually sooner than later.

I have a favorite quote from retired football coach Bill Parcells, "If they don't bite as pups, they probably don't bite."
He is speaking about rookie professional

As a Team Leader, if I see an Affiliate not logging in regularly or at least 4 times a week, I will send him/her a reminder, this might be a sign of lack of motivation and eventually giving up on SFI. I will let him know the importance of moving forward everyday, no matter how small or it might seem insignificant the work that is to be done as a part of learning the SFI business.

I will show him/her the benefits of being consistent, loyal and committed of doing the day-to-day SFI activities. As

Good question although this is a tough one.

You must not stop to post on a stream post every 3 days your tips and advices.
Tell them not to quit if they have not made it the first month as their points are not
forfieted, instead they are carried over to the following month.

If they thought that this a get rich quick scheme, unfortunately it is not.
It is a sad story not to recognise the wealth of indepth, informed knowledge of getting rich "forever" being

SFI is a network marketing business and is affiliated with the Triple Clicks store.

As an SFI Affiliate, our role is to generate sales at the Triple Clicks store for which we are getting paid in multiple ways. These ways of being paid are well outlined in the compensation plan...

As you can see from the compensation plan, there are multiple ways to earn money and they are related to our Status with SFI... Either being

The short answer for me is that you really want to work with your workers and it is way too much energy wasted on those that need to be convinced that this is a fantastic program. The best answers I have heard are those that point this out.

If you are doing all you can to help your affiliates as a sponsor it’s not going to help if you need to convince them to stick with it. They still need to work at building their business and you cannot do that for them.

I treat all of my

Actually, this is a very good and also difficult question to answer. I will try my best to answer.

Motivating the affiliates by giving up SFI - One of the best method is stay connected with them by sending regular e-mails.

Those who are giving up personally contact either phone call or daily mails, understand and try to overcome what they are facing about.

You can also suggest them there are more valuable suggestions available/given by SFI to promote their business.

If affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business, him needs to explain that to everyone in the SFI wide open door and everyone decides for himself how to use it, either as a team leader, either as a vendor, either as supplier the sellers or the buyers, whether as a promoter of products with TripleClicks.

This is an excellent question.

Firstly, I would ask what the reasons were for considering giving up. Then I would deal with each issue individually, answering in such a way that they can understand.

I would also explain that although the first month is easy to earn enough VP to become an EA, it does take a little bit more work to reach it every month after that – BUT it is achievable and well worth NOT giving up just because it gets a little harder.

I have also

First of all you should talk to him and try to find out the main reason why is he leaving or giving up on SFI. After that you need to work out a solution for his problem.

If he is giving up after short period of time, then you should pay attention on motivating him/her more, by giving examples of successful SFI members(it would be perfect if that example is you), or even sending him some Gift Cards or TC Credits.

If he/she is giving up after a while, then it must be bigger

Every one of us do something because we have a reason for doing it. I do believe that all the people who signed up in SFI have the same reason, that is to look for other way to learn online business and eventually earn a passive income online. But why is it that among the thousand of people who signed up in SFI only a few realized the full potential of SFI business. As I see it, it is not the fault of SFI, I could say that SFI is a complete package with the company management always improving and
