How do you motivate your team to get and stay active with SFI?

I tried several methods of motivating my team, I did regular messaging. I tried giving incentives but so far the best way I learned to motivate my team is through Relationship.

I Have really decided to take time to cultivate friendship with my movers and journey together with them in our SFI business.

Now I don’t just enjoy SFI, but I also enjoy the friendship with my team. We formed a close group in FB and just spend our time talking about just anything.

For me personally, it was easier for me to motivate my team when they saw I'd achieved EA2 status and stayed there. I believe you have to show your team that you are working the program, every day, and then share that excitement. It'll rub off on those who are serious about building a long-term business.

Another thing I do is stress a "sharing and caring" attitude. I do this by:
1. Sending out weekly team mailers
2. Creating video tutorials to help brand new affiliates

I provide my Team with encouraging messages that helps them better understand the multiple avenues to earn income with SFI and TripleClicks. These include advising them specifically how to make EA and Team Leader status every month with either no or minimal expense.

I also provide them with specific details on how to use marketing strategies which I've used successfully over the years which allows them to duplicate my efforts.

I personally respond to every single Email and Team

1. At the very least, I communicate with them weekly with an email encouraging them on the fantastic business they are in.

2. I give the same process that I use to build my business in SFI, and show them how they can profit by doing the very same things I do.

3. Sometimes I run contests and award the top performers with TCredits or affiliates.

4. I congratulate all my affiliates who make EA or TL status. That is a job well done, and shows me that they are committed

I'll send them messages like this regularly:

1. Don't give up. I know progress may seem bleak in the beginning but stay focused be consistent and persistent. Your efforts directly reflect your productivity.

#2. Make sure you communicate with your downline as well as your upline. Give your downline support and try to answer questions they may have. If your sponsor seems invisible, don't let that hinder your success. Be a better sponsor to your affiliates.

It's the most important and toughest part of our SFI business. but let's take it as a challenge .

Best and easiest way to motivate team member's is by achieving success and to lead by example. Achieving success brings self confidence and that is reflected in our communication with our team member's.

Again achieving success gives us new badges which are seen by our team members and they get motivated from badges too.

Well,according to me, this is one of the most important questions asked here,because whole system of sfi is somehow dependent on this one thing.."MOTIVATION".
Motivation to give your whole effort here.
What i think the best ways are :

1.Rewards,like Reassignments,tcredits,gift cards etc. but whatever you give them as reward, first, you must tell them their value and how they can be used.

To motivate the downline is not very easy. In this regard l suggest them
To study slowly but steadily all of the SFI news and you will come to learn soon that you have reached in a station which is very simple, easiest and trustworthy and from where you can start your journey to established your life and also your life time income.

This is an important question. Some of the ways you can motivate your team are as follows:

1. Lead by Example. This principle works any day. If you are encouraging your team to read their LaunchPad, get an S-Builder, or go to the Auctions and so on, it will make more impact when they see you have done so.

I always send individual messages to my list of movers.

I post in Streaming a minimum of every three days. I also send Team Mail at least three times a week. Sometimes I will refer my team to a video, sometimes I will tell them to be sure to read the Alerts, and I will copy something that I want to be sure that they see if they are not online every day.

It is important to realize that in other parts of the world (I live in the US) there are people whose only internet access
