I would use an auto responder system for routine messages that do not need to be personalized. Nothing worse than getting an email like "Welcome <insertdatalisthere./a> . We care about you."

On routine matters, they will be great timesavers. It gives you the ability to automate some of your emails - so you can concentrate on the important ones.

I would check on Tripleclicks or A2A to see if anyone you know has used them, or represents a service. This would be

I can't imagine why anyone would do something so impersonal. I see Gery Carson responding to people all the time, and I guess he has more referrals and questions asked than anyone.

I use the auto-responder here only for when I'm not available to immediately greet a new PSA or CSA, but I always follow through as soon as possible.

I realize that a number of you have huge down lines, but not all are active. Remember, you asked them in one way or another to join us so they expect

To use an autoresponder system in SFI you would first need to get your referrals to opt in to your list, this may or not be an easy task since most people who opt in usually end up opting out or just not reading sent mails unless your content is of absolute best quality.

You would need to make sure you offer them something of value to keep them reading your mails, an ecourse or tips on how to succeed in SFI.

Being too pushy could be detrimental to your final goal of gaining

I have used auto-responders in the past and I do not think they are effective. Much better to send personal responses because you can then ask questions which will help the person relate to you better. Auto responders were all the rage about 5 years ago but not in this day of more and more personal communication.

Auto responder system could be good to some people here that don't often come online to check in their downlines.
But then fact remains clear and sound, most words often flows out plain when you are actively communicating with
your downlines instantly.

Auto responder can't speak your mind at any particular moment it's a static message.
As far ask I know SFI is not a stationary organization. It's moves with the speed of
lights that's why Alexa is running out of tracks

Good question,i think everyone should try autoresponder, the reason is because as a business owner you need to get to the point where everything should be automated,i wouldn't want to work tirelessly everyday when i can make use of autoresponder, imagine this scenario, lets say you sponsor a new affiliate every day of the week, would you rather start sending them welcome mail one after the other?or just sit back and relax letting autoresponder do the follow ups?think about this carefully.
How do

The auto-responder is extremely helpful in building trust and explaining the business to anyone interested in starting an online business. An auto-reponder also helps me build my team or downline. It gives people the room to make a decision in time. Some times people need to "sleep on it" and then decide.

I do not and have not needed an auto responder as auto responders are machines and nobody who works in a real business like talking to machines, answering machines, or have robots respond to then (ie auto responders)

If they are asking a question they want a real person answering it...not a robot.

You will get a lot further in any business with customer service, not auto BOTS doing generic responses to people.
