There are uses for autoresponders in SFI and times when you shouldn't use them. I will list several .
I'm suggesting not to use one for PSA, Team Leader and CSA communication. Primarily , You would be best to develop a relationship with them , especially A2As in your area. You can offer to help in general of course but think what you would want and find out particulars on how you can help others individually.
Of course if you have a higher volume of affiliate signups, it makes sense to send messages to all at once but you can do that in geneology section of SFI for free. You can filter a number of ways and send out customized messages to long time affiliates, active 'movers', psas, csas, newbys, etc. And even individually to leaders, well recommended.
You can use an autoresponder to teach , of course. Say if you write 30 lessons on how to market SFI. These can be articles, tips or just personal testimonials on what has worked or not worked. Sure, that is a good use. Advertise it as a free training from team leader. (There have been very successful leaders who use training and autoresponders for duplication of success!
Also use of an autoresponder makes sense when trying to recruit affiliates or refer Triple clicks products or programs as ECA or the songwriter program.Set up a small 5 - 7 message free ecourse . Ideas can be on benefits of the ECA program, tripleclicks, auctions, especially the opportunity for developing a part time or full time income.
Note , if you do use an autoresponder besides the SFI tools in geneology section, shop around and definately take advantage of free trials. I know some that have proven records of performance but get pricey as your list grows in the thousands and yes safety but new ones can offer lower prices and better cost structures. The more people you have on a list , auutoresponders charge you increasingly more so you have to be careful not to have emails or affiliates that never open emails. There are plenty of these.
