When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?
Nice question,
As Mr. Gery said Man to Man business. We all together doing .So never give up.We have to help them and support them.Try try but don't cry.
Thank you
Just because a CSA is not responding dose not mean they are not working on there assignments, or business you may have written them many times, the information that you have given may have been the one they needed to a question they were asking.
so never give up on any of the CSA or any of your team.
Thank you Lorrie
This situation is inevitable. Before you give up on CSAs who do not respond to your messages, ensure you have successfully carried out they following steps:
1. Send TeamMail messages to them on a weekly basis. Give them proof that SFI is a genuine business because some of them might not take it serious. Copy and paste some basic FAQ in the TeamMail messages you send to them.
2. After a month of sending TeamMail messages to them without response, send an email to them. Some of them might have forgotten about SFI. In the email, refer them to the SFI basics (http://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics). Also, copy and paste some testimonies to their email. You can also share your progress with them.
3. If you are lucky to get their telephone, send a message to them. Always let them know you will be available to assist them any time and any day. Be friendly and lively with them.

That is a good question and it deserves good answer. We should wait; develop patience and outcome would be good. One may have own problem under various circumstances. It may take time to resolve it, after all he/she has joined SFI with good intention and with specific goals. We should not forget that we help each other and built trust.Let's become positive all the time.
I have that same question, going through my head a few times!!! BUT, dome of them are friends, sometimes life happens and they can't go online and do their daily to-do-lists. Give them time. I believe that they will come around and see all the benefits of SFI. Never give up, that is my motto. Just keep on encouraging them, don't force them or tell them they are not doing their share! They will then never become part of a great team. It is their choice!!!

Like the saying goes, "winners do not quit, and quitters do not win." While affiliates help to make SFI the multi-billion business it is today, so also CSAs help create leaders and wealth. As long as they do not quit SFI, we should keep sending them messages, whether they respond or not. You never can tell when and how the response might come.
In my opinion, you do not give up on anything or anyone, I treat my CSAs exactly like my PSAs, the PSAs are also CSAs someone! They are all part of my downline. For every hundred contacts that I do, I get less than 5% return, it is obvious that we receive feedbak is good, but for me the important thing is to be heard and pass my message. Later or sooner will gain their trust and be more active to their contacts than their PSAs.

I would just send out group emails once a week. If they do not respond keep trying, but put most of your efforts in the ones that want to work with you.
Then spend the rest of the time signing up new recruits.
The good thing here is you can check the Genealogy, and see when did the CSA or PSA last log in to SFI. This is a great indication about the affiliates' sincerity to the Program. And you can then decide whether to give up on them or keep the connections.
But as for newsletters and TM's, keep them posted and always addressed.
