Hey guys I can tell you from experience about organizing a seminar or conference to produce SFI affiliates. In August 2012, I hosted "Platinum Celebration - Achieving the Dream with SFI." There were only about 8 of us there but there were several affiliates from Florida and 2 from Arkansas. As it turns out, Bing Obaldo was going to come but decided that he wouldn't for personal reasons.

First of all, you need to have a 'celebrity'. In other words, some one who is well known through out all of SFI. No better person to book than Gery Carson himself! Good luck with that one. Gery did give me a lot of door prizes for my guess. (Thanks again - Gery)

Secondly, you need to advertising the seminar. Local ads should be used to attract new affiliates. I asked the guess to bring 2 guess with them. (Charles Parker brought about 5 - thanks Charles!) Of course, the guess you bring become your affiliates when then sign up. But of all the local recruits, I would have divided them among the parties in attendance and they didn't even have to pay for the ads.

Thirdly, you need to have a conference room. There are places that will let you book a space for free but you need to do some checking around. Each city is different. If you are going to have a state of the are conference room with a PA systems and overhead then you may pay between 300 and 500 bucks. So you need to preregister the event so that you will now how many seats you will need. Charge the participates a fair price to cover the cost of the conference room. There are many conferences that cost upwards of 500 to 1000 dollars per seat! So when "Platinum Celebration was booked for only $25 that was a heck of a deal. About 8 people showed and 25 people were awarded prizes. Talking about generous!

All and all I had a blast sharing ideas and making friends. The one takeaway from a conference is validation. Beyond of a shadow of a doubt - you will walk away from a seminar with the reality that SFI is tangible and very real - Real Internet Income is possible with SFI. Standard handouts, business cards, Triple Click Cut sheets

Follow up templates for email, snail mail, telephone scripts

Organising a seminar advertiser your business. Firstly get a hired motivational speaker and put him through your business. Then send out invitations, fliers, handbills etc. making sure you tell your respondents to call and book their seats. Get all materials in graphic forms and prepare audio visual materials for your audience. You are good to go.

Secondly, you will need to have a good venue that is comfortable enough for your audience. Then ensure that you have all the necessary tools and possibly power point for your presentation. This should capture all the explanations and possibly graphics. Then be very simple in your language such that all of them would understand. Finally, try to convince your audience with all the attractive SFI tools. You can also invite one or two persons that would chip in for some aspects of your presentation.

Well! Its complete project. PC, PPT,Leaflets, Seminar room, Advertising, projector etc...you need to answer many unnoticed questions. I think better build a team in the town you live.And each of your group member bring their own people and start the seminar together. And share the cost.

How would you go about organizing a seminar to introduce new, high-quality SFI affiliates?
Organizing a seminar to introduce new, high quality SFI affiliates requires planning and preparation. Most of the preparation must be implemented at least a few months before the actual event. I would like to address here only seminar that is centrally located probably in a town or a city with a radius of up to 200km for easy access and identification. The seminar must be done in the right atmosphere and in addition to that beneficial experience to participants.
The seminar event should have a theme and purpose that is: SFI – the fastest growing e-commerce website in the world. The seminar should be appealing to the participants. Be creative, use a laptop with projector, if possible connection with the Internet is recommended to make use of the extensive SFI information resources. The key principle is, the presentation should be simple and easy to understand. You can use also a powerpoint presentation.
How to market and publicize the SFI seminar? The success of the seminar is very much dependent on how intensified is your marketing activities and publicity. It is good to have the right marketing strategy in order to draw highly qualified event sign-ups. Depending on your marketing budget you can turn to newspaper and magazine advertisements as well as radio and television advertising to publicize the event. If the above means won’t allow your budget, probably you can turn to mass emailing, which is cost efficient to reach out to large target audiences. Communicate with your upline and downline to get their ideas and support each other in organizing the seminar not only locally but also international.

First of all you have to decide what type of seminar you are going to do. Skype, Webnar, Direct with people Present or one of many others.
Then you have to decide who you are going to invite. What is your Focus. SFI, Triple Clicks, ECA, or any of the many opportunities SFI Provides.
Then you have to arrange the event. I have done events for the past 30 years and planning one you really have to have all the tools and information at hand.
Plan, Plan, Plan! You can not have To Much Information. Make it easy to understand and in deapth.
Do Small events and Test runs. It makes it easier.

The logistics of organizing a seminar such as selecting a suitable date and time are as follows:
1. I would prefer not to call it a seminar but rather an Information Session. People normally pay to attend a seminar while an information session is free.
2. Probe the targeted area to determine the amount of interest in your subject. No point in spending money if the interest is not substantial.
3. Decide on a date and time that would be most suitable to your audience.
4. Book a venue. I suggest that you limit your first gathering to a small number of persons to gauge the interest and keep the costs down. You can always organize more presentations later if the interest is there.
5. You also have to give consideration to the reception of the attendees and provision of refreshments.
6. Prepare and have brochures printed to hand out before and after the presentation.
7. The presenter must be someone who is an experienced public speaker and is able to motivate an audience. If you are not such a person, I suggest that you get a suitable person with experience to act as your presenter.
8. Back up your presentation with slides showing pages from the SFI site. For this you will need a laptop, projector and a screen. Make sure that your projections is readable from all the seats in the venue. Microsoft Office Powerpoint is a good program to use for the preparation and projection of the slides.
The logistics was the easy part of organizing the presentation. Now we come to the preparation of the actual content of the presentation. The person who is going to do this will have to be well experienced in the workings of the SFI system. He must also be able to answer questions that might be posed to him at the end of his presentation. Personally I do not feel that I would be able to attempt the preparation of the content of the presentation until I have been working actively on SFI for at least one year. I think that the SFI Support Team could be of assistance in preparing a model for such a presentation. I have logged a suggestion with SFI for the preparation of such a model and making it available to members. I am still awaiting their response to this suggestion.
If you decide to prepare something on your own, make sure that you have sound knowledge of the subject and prepare yourself for any questions that could possibly be asked.

This is good question. I plan to do a seminar like this soon enough, because I already have experience in SFI field. The thing here are important for organizing an event like this. Regarding organization:
1. I should prepare well and be ready for every kind of question /even uncomfortable/ regarding SFI and Tripleclicks and to stay behind my opinion.
2. Big base of experience, because I should lead by example, right?
3. Time of the event is important, I should know well in what area what time is it and to pick a comfortable time for it.
4. I work with a company - leader in Video communications, so I will make my event online.There is not a limit in the quantity of guests.
For those, who will make Live Event, you should be sure that your people will come in the right time and they shouldn't be so far away from the place, because it's expensive. And one more thing, the hall you will rent should be cheaper one if you're a few people. The better idea if you're a few people is to go in some quiet cafe or restaurant to do the presentation.
5. Presentation should be divided in three parts: Products, Business Model, Discussion /so your English should be fluent if you do something global/
