Yes, That is HELP. Help them learn new things, help them getting active and help them whenever they have any query or confusion.

Yes New affiliates always have in mind what can they earn from their new found earning opportunities. We don't have to spend money to give them what they are looking for and what we know they need on their first month in SFI. We can provide them with three things.

1. The 500 Bonus Points the will get if they earn 500 points.- this a tangible thing that they like to see.

2. Our assistance and service- Assure them that you will be available to mentor them until they become successful.

so it can vary from person to person! .. some need of attention and patience like to bid and enjoy, T credit ... can be appreciated if those who receive long-term affiliates who are a wonderful gift! depends ..... and when people receiving that incentive! It is the duty of the sponsor to find the right gift for timing and its affiliates .. :)

The best incentive for new members is to give them all the information needed to learn the business. Send messages every day with a list of things to do to become EA and achieve goals. What you teach them, they will teach their team. This is duplication. Duplication is successful in SFI.

What is the best incentive to offer new affiliates? This is a thought provoking question that made me figure out what to do differently with my SFI business this 2013.

After much thinking, I concluded that the best incentive that we can give to new affiliates is to be the best SFI sponsor that they could find. Offer them three (3) things: Service, Guidance, and Rewards.

In my opinion, SFI offers more than enough incentives for new affiliates... Fast-track, E365, Daily Grand, even the introduction and training is incentive based with all the VP awarded.

I think any additional incentives you would offer should be commitment driven. Getting people focused on the LONG-TERM is where the money is made. The bottom line is... It doesn't matter one bit how great you do today, if you are gone tomorrow.

I think the greatest incentive you can give your new affiliate is in your welcome letter, by offering co-op shares, TCredits, and most of all, your assistance when needed. Be with your new affiliates all the way. Encourage them often. Help them understand that the more points they receive, the more pay they receive.

I am quite new to SFI but I can say that the best incentive that you can give your Affiliate is TCredits at each achievement level (we all need those to do your part in Tripleclicks), and to guide your affiliate through the first steps as soon as they log on for the first time. Help them get their Fast Tracker Badge, Become a Tripleclicks Member and know about the Launchpad series (which they can do in advance) to become EA in the first 3 hours of joining SFI.
