My first goal is to share with my team (both PSAs and CSAs)how to duplicate so that we all can be successful. I have also made it a goal for 2013 not to get caught up on all the hyped emails that I receive from others about new programs. I am going to put 100% into SFI and concentrate on growing my business and my downline.

This business is skyrocketing this year. So make it your goal to be the best leader you can. If you do this, you could make platinum this year. Learn as much as you can about this business and keep sponsoring and referring and helping everyone. It will come back in manifold ways!

This question is thought provoking and I can not help but think of Zig Ziglar's point to "help as many other people achieve their goals and you will then achieve your goal".

There are ways to measure the effectiveness of your goal and many ways to pace yourself to achieve your goal; the different ways mentioned in books and seminars on how to establish a goal are good but I can not help consider our work with SFI as "problem solvers" or "helpers".

Apart from the Goals you have set yourself here at SFI you should think of a small Goal to achieve in your day to day life.
For example: Aim for the EA status and be consistant with your daily tasks.
Always have a Notepad and pen to hand to note any questions and ideas, as well as your own to do list such as tasks you want to get done every day to keep things moving.
That's what keeps me going and i am able to stay on top of my tasks.

Great question! For me, a good goal for this year is to find new places/ways to advertise my SFI business and as time goes by i'll do more of what works and less of what doesn't. I am also going to refer TripleClicks members (PRMs) as much as possible using the TripleClicks Gift Cards.

ah a great question for right at this moment in time I am sat at Portsmoth harbour looking a boat - the Amaryllis owned by a competitor - it is worth 100 million and has a 22 man crew I can SEE my goal right now!but that will take a few years hard work

but as with every business it is a step at a time

so this year my aim is to double everything - double my team double my turn over double my income - to do that I will double my effort.

To remember the goals they have set and teach them how to reach them, teach them to not disillusioned with the consistency that you arrive at the top.
Teach the use of Tripleclicks to create an e-commerce with ECA to sell their products.
To see the greatness of this activity, which is the main thing.

The primary goal would be to equip yourself so much better that you become valuable and start making an equivalent salary from SFI when compared to your full time job.

Pace yourself because this is a long distance Marathon. In my case I have a target of 150+ VPS daily that I need to collect.

Second part to my immediate goal is to contact at least five people about my business. Interesting enough I recruit even University graduates that love to go into marketing.

The basic goal should be to work on VersaPoints every day. Your business will grow when you start off with a reasonable amount of time, and increase it every day. Lengthen your stride and do more each day. Read what you learn and re-read it again, to make sure you know how to manage your business. There is so much to learn, and SFI is great in helping you learn it step by step. As you learn, you will know what your potential is and can better set goals.
