No you should treat everybody the same in your business just because someone is a PTL or a AF doesn't mean anything they all need help the same way. I treat everybody the same way as I want to be treated and I give everybody fast replies back to there emails just like I like. I email all my downline every week I focus on everybody growing there business.

Treet everyone the same. Old adige I know but treet others as you would wish them to treet you. Also you nether know who and when one of your downline is going to tern from a swan into a ugly ducling. I see the beuty in the ugly. Translation you nether know who is going to become a real erner for themselves and for you.

First of all, I don't like using the word, "downline", because it sounds like they're under you as in some pyramid scheme. Each of us is in our own business and as such are all free agents.

And if you mean not giving the support to one that you do another another simply because they rank lower or higher, absolutely not. But then again, I don't try to force support on anyone. I OFFER it, and it's up to them to take it or leave it. Some will respond and some won't. Some will thrive

Yes, it varies depending their actual performance and level of achievement.

No, never do I do that. Each one of my downline has a special position that they play not only in my team, but the entire SFI business. Whoever needs help, needs help. It doesn't matter what the rank is, I help on the first come first served basis period.

Never give up on anyone on your team because when the lights goes on that person may end up being your strongest team player. I treat all of my PSAs with the same encouragement to move forward and be successful; you just never know.

The SFI business doesn't open room for differentiation. Your downline is the fruit of your untiring effort to refer friends and family members into the business. Now that you have them, you are expected to work with all of them, teaching and directing them on a daily basis what they need to do so as to improve their business by exploiting all the taps on the home menu.

A closer look into your Genealogy will tell you how your downline is active and where help is most needed. Thus you mentor
