I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

I send everyone in my team a weekly letter asking if anyone has any problems or if they need any help. I also send out extra follow up letters to those who are not being active with SFI once a week for about a month or so. I try to send letters with engaging questions to try to get a reply from them. If I get a reply that is awesome and hopefully I can help get them active with SFI again, even if I don't get a reply I still send them the weekly team letter. So technically I never give up on them

The important thing is to realize that the more people you refer the more people will be ACTIVE - it's the half full/ half empty senario. Always think positive. Once I was a door to door salesman - I knew there would be orders if I went to enough doors, so I didn't care if there were orders from a particular

I send an email via the SFI system to all PSA's and CSA's every week on a Monday morning. It can be an inspirational message, or a tidbit of interesting information that I have seen on the SFI website.

With regard to the 'workers' I keep in touch constantly with them, and answer their queries by return.

I don't think there is any point in giving any more time to inactive affiliates. If they're interested they'll get involved, if not, all the emails in the world will not get
