Without thinking twice, I rate myself 5 out of 5!
I don't mean to toot my horn but this is the truth and my organisation will agree with me as evident from my monthly sponsor ratings.
Why do I and my organisation rate myself so? Its simply because I go the extra mile: I go out of my way even if it entails looking out of the box to make sure my PSA's and CSA's have every thing they need to succeed online:
Here are some things I do:
- I advertise for my team and even more especially for my movers.
- I log in several dozen times a day to make sure I answer all mails and enquiries soonest. SFI recommends we answer mails from our downline within 24 hours. But my organisation will agree with me that I answer ALL mails within the next 30 mins to 2 hours max. even on weekends!
- I am in constant touch with my team almost on a daily basis via the team talk feature and group mailers........I mail them almost everyday.
- I regularly share tips, resources and strategies with them.
- I have a team training guide available to all my new affiliates that is immediately sent to them upon signup and to anyone who requests for one.
Etc....
The truth is: I know that no matter how much I do, I can't possibly do everything that may be required of me but I try. I always put myself in their shoes and try to assume what assistance I would need if it were me. I then go out and offer that assistance to them.....and I can tell that they really appreciate it as they always rate me a 5 out of 5 :)
