Before I answer this question,we must first and foremost understand that everybody view success differently.You cannot have success if you do not know what it means for you.At SFI you must set clear goals and be realistic.You must create benchmarks for yourself and quantify your standards otherwise you will spend your entire time with SFI chasing after a vague goal.

Yes promoting sales and commissions at TC is absolutely great,
Yes monthly royalties on ECA referals is great too.Other opinions may differ
But for me,building a strong,active downline up to 12 generations,up to 8 for me atm is unparalled.My downline is responsible for where I am now.
Simply put,the more successfull your downline is,the more successfull you will be.
Sponsor more affiliates,serve your downline something of value and that would be the turning point for you achieving success with SFI.

I am glad that you asked this question, thank you. The turning point for me with my SFI business came in December of 2010. After being in SFI for 3 years, I hit and miss with my efforts. I was not as determined to see my plans all the way through to the end. I was like many SFI affiliates, looking for 'quick riches'. After 3 years, let me tell you that I did not find them!

The one thing that I did even back then was to learn as much as I could about 'the game'. I read many manuals on the subject of internet marketing, ecommerce, affiliate marketing, and you name it. I spend several thousand dollars trying this and that. I think about it everyday and it reminds me not to waste my time and money chasing after 'ghosts' but solid strategies that are proven to work in time with persistent action.

Then, it happened! I logged into my account one day in November 2010 and I earned $6.33! After seeing $0.00 for over 72 months! It proved to me that I could make money online. SFI was not just hype and fluff but the real deal. You see, I set up a small test ad and I made $6.33! Now, all I had to do was to refine the process and do it over and over again until I earn the type of income that I desire.

Today, I still don't make the kind of money that I desire! But I do make a lot more than $6.33! Every month, my income is getting better. It pays for my standing order and that's how I maintain EA2! I still have commissions in my account right now.

So now, I try to teach affiliates to do what I do everyday. Stick with the basics. There is no need to reinvent the wheel. Everything you need to grow a solid SFI business is right in the affiliate center. We must master to tools of the trade. Aiming Higher& Dreaming Bigger - Wilg

The turning point for me was when an SFI member who will remain nameless helped me out EVEN THOUGH i was not in her upline, or dowline, i simply saw this affiliates achievements and leadership and her in the top enrollers and decided to ask her a question....she was kind enough to respond and share some tips, to which i will never forget...business has been great ever since!

This is why i think it's so important to help ALL SFI affiliates out whether they are on your team or not, we're all in the same boat, and unfortunately some don't have active sponsors or anyone to turn to...this is where the forum, A2A and support comes in handy.

So please all...if anyone asks something of you don't give them the cold shoulder..or search for whether they are on your team or not, help out as much as you can and together we will grow!

I joined SFI in November 2000, because I was looking for a way to earn extra income so I could continue farming. Throughout that winter, I spent my time trying to sell stuff and trying to mimic the marketing gurus. By the spring of 2001, I realized I was no salesman and no marketing guru... but more importantly, I didn't want to be. I was a farmer and farmers don't sell stuff... they GROW stuff!

That was my turning point... It was at that point I realized that SFI wasn't really that much different than farming. I Knew I could take a handful of corn and turn it into a bushel and that bushel into 300 bushels and that 300 bushel into 90,000 bushel. SFI works on the same principle, find 5 and turn them into 25... take those 25 and generate 125... turn those 125 into 625... 3125... 15,625...

That spring I only planted 28 acres and over the years gradually cut down even further... 18... 12... 8... 6... this past year I only planted 3/4 of an acre.

So, over the past 12 years this is how I transitioned from my farm business and SFI hobby to my SFI business and my hobby farm.

After being an SFI affiliate for 12 years, I believe that I have to contribute to this new section (Ask SC), by adding my answer to this question. I owe it to the company and its people. For me the turning point was the day I received the first check in my mail box. It was January 2001. The check was for $8. After the process in the bank I got $4 in my hands. The sum seems to be small and it really is, in terms of usefulness. But, in terms of creditability and perspective, for me, it was enormous.
Because I realized that this company was real and the opportunity it was offering was real. I could make money on the Internet. Real money. Being already an entrepreneur for a few years before that day, my experience from working for companies that was offering the opportunity to make money online was not good at all. From that day I haven’t ceased developing and promoting my online business with SFI. And the compensation was far more satisfactory than I could expect. And most of all, SFI was always reliable and consistent to its obligations to me. There wasn’t even one month, all these years, that I haven’t received my check. Even now, that I am not able to give my business and people the time and attention that I should, compensation is coming to me for all these years of work and commitment.

I've only been on SFI a few months, but I must let you know that the experience has been awesome! Well, success is a continuous process ans we'll all agree we aren't were we desire to be. But for me, I'm achieving success with SFI because I'm making some income and it's been growing month after month! Nothing gets you as excited as that! You see the prospects ahead of you and you're motivated to keep pressing on!

So what was the turning point? It was the moment I discovered SFI works! SFI delivers on what it promises and it's the reason why thousands on people have stuck with it over the years. Many online business are all hype but no substance! For SFI, it's different. It have a proven system and I can say that from my experience and not because the records say so. Of course my 1st commission was ridiculous! But I quickly found out why, and after making the necessary adjustment in my approach, it became a different story! And here is the best part: It keeps getting better and better! When I picture where I'd be in the next 2 years at this pace, why wouldn't I give my best to this business?

Many have said, "it depends on how you define success". Well here is my simple thought. I am successful today. I am not where I was yesterday I am better, smarter, and further along financially. I am happy with where I am today but I am not happy to stay here. Tomorrow I want to be still happier, smarter, and better financially. I am seeing that possibility here at SFI. And I see that the whole system rewards growth, in understanding, that is why you get rewarded for every launch pad you read, in Sales, in Sponsoring and in financial gains.

The turning point for me happened in August of 2000 after I spent months learning how to market online. The hardest part with getting a website online and optimizing it with the search engines algorithms to get 1st page free listings under relevant key phrases like "work at home" "home business"...etc. I got BIG help with this from my cousin who is a computer scientist. He was single and loved coming over for a weekly home cooked meal from my wife. I saved up all my questions during the week and after our meal, sat next to him at my PC and he showed me everything I needed to know. This is something I highly recommend for everyone. If you're a novice to online marketing you need help learning the best and most cost effective avenues. Find someone who will sit next to you and show you the kinds of strategies and knowledge only the professionals have.

Meaning of success is different to each and everyone, yet the bottom line can be explained as a satisfactory achievements. Being with SFI for more than one and half years now. I tried to learn the system and utilize its tools & facilities compared easier to me. It improved my knowledge and trust in the system. Then came the ECA program that appealed to me and it is the turning point for me to achieve success with SFI. I spent time to learn and try different products and prices. It gave me good knowledge and expertise and now I am doing well at my ECA. I am taking it seriously now to improve it, making it the best ECA.
