Well, I've only been here a few days now, but I am already co-sponsoring 6 affiliates and I will happily be rewarding my active CSAs just as much as my active PSAs because they are still a very important part of my team! I have already started to keep a spreadsheet of the common closing prices of certain "rewards" that I will be bidding on, on Pricebenders, and then gifting in the future so that when I'm ready to start buying, I know about when the right time to bid will be! Plan, plan & execute!

I relate my CSA downline as part of my team and thinkthat it is most definitly fair to reward them as I would reward a PSA they are like kids they didn't ask to be put in your down line or family they are yours treat them right and they will look after you
Absolutely! As an ex coach in football and basketball, I realize that each member of a team should be treated as an equal member. Just because someone is not a 'starter' does not mean he/she does not contribute to the whole. Even the last substitute on a team will, at some point, have a chance to shine. As the 'coach' of your team, be sure that he/she is ready for that chance.
I believe we should treat both in the same manner. This question makes me think of retail establishments and their part-time and full-time employees. Full-time employees receive more benefits than the part-time employees, and at times this can make the part-time employees a little aggravated or upset. They believe they are being taken advantage of, and no one likes to be taken advantage of. For example, getting full timers off on the holidays and making part-timers work. Full timers are being paid for the holiday part-timers only being paid for the hours worked. Part-timers also have her hours cut in order to keep them from getting the benefits that full timers get. This can include insurance benefits, holiday pay 401(k) and other items such as these. So for these reasons I find it necessary to ensure both received the same benefits. In order to keep profitability high, we must keep a fair working environment for all.

I reward both PSAs and CSAs but not always the same. I use one of my co-ops to get sign-ups (PSAs) for my PSAs. Each PSA that reaches EA status joins this co-op as a result of that achievement alone. They pay nothing to be part of my co-op. If my PSA quits in the future, their downline rolls up to me. If I did the same for my ECAs and they quit I would loose the downline too.
But other than this I engage all my ECAs equally with my PSAs. We are all in this together. I connect and help anyone in SFI who wants help, like through A2A, because the more Triple Click sales achieved company wide is shared with all those in the Executive Pool. The success of one is the success of all.

PSA's and CSA's should be treated as equally as they do the same job equally. It's a treat to get CSA's we don't have to work hard for them as we do PSA. Still they gives us the same gifts and if they stay with us their loyalty. So Yes I treat them with the same respect.
Nice question: Their downline has no relevance to your business. You make 15% off of their purchases and if they reach EA2, their VP points are added to yours, but you would get nothing from their downline as their downline are PSA's to them.
When it’s about supporting an affiliate, like answering their questions and giving advice I do not differentiate in between PSAes and CSAes, in fact I am more supportive to CSAes since I feel that they need more help in cases where they do not find any with their direct sponsor.
When it comes to rewards like Tcredits I do not mind sharing an equal reward between PSAes and CSAes either since I now that they will benefit from this themselves.
When it comes to gift certificates things get different. When you give a gift certificate to your PSA , the rewards are much more than giving the same amount to CSA. If a PSA becomes an EA2, you will get 100VP , besides when they spend the gift certificate you will get 45 % on CV back that you can reinvest in a new gift certificate for a PSA or smaller gift certificates for CSAes. In the case of a CSA you will only get back 15 % , while the real sponsor of the CSA will get the 45 % of the CV for not supporting his/her PSA.
Actually it’s up to you , If you want to be a humanist and get satisfaction by helping out everybody equally then go ahead and do it, but remember that you can help more PSAes with the same budget than you can help CSAes, so what should be your choice ?
