Rewarding active CSAs the with the same reward as your PSAs may not be cost effective; however, you should definitely have incentives for your active CSAs. Your direct commission for PSAs is 45%. On CSAs, its only 15%. So you can only give in proportion to the amount of DC they bring. The team building services I provide to my network, I provide across the board. The team support I give across the board. Should I get an email from a CSA and one from a PSA I am going to reply to the one I received first and not as a matter of CSA/PSA!
The same applies when it comes to incentives for my network. They apply to CSAs and PSAs. I have awarded gift certificates to CSAs that I have not awarded to PSAs. It's not a matter of whether you are a PSA or a CSA rather, it is the level of achievement. This is how I determine what incentives go where and to whom. Aiming Higher & Dreaming Bigger - Wilg

Whether they are CSAs or PSA, they are your team members. You are what you are because of them. So treat all your team members the best way you can and you can see yourself up the ladder of success with SFI.
Definitely, a thousand times, YES! I feel it makes no difference if my affiliates are PSAs or CSAs. I feel it's showing partiality to do otherwise. They all get rewarded with co-op shares or whatever reward I give. Everyone is part of the team, so doing this makes everyone who is willing to work feel a part of the team and not left out in any way.
First of all, its vital for us to acknowledge the fact that as an affiliate's Co-Sponsor, you'll earn 15% CV commissions on all their purchases every month plus matching VP in the TC pool. So definitely YES,they are part of my team so rewards and incentives are given to them the same as a PSA will have. If they are getting a transfer of TCredits, Gift Certs etc, they all get the same. For me, apart from the percentage volume difference in commissions from purchases, there is no line drawn between a PSA and CSA.

I respect CSAs same as PSAs. For me there is no discrimination between a CSA and a PSA. I got many active CSAs from the Price-bender's auction who did all the things my PSA do to me. Also from CSAs to earning 15% from sales. If They communicated with me regularly and followed what all I said. At that time I decided to do the same with them as I did with my PSAs.
It is very much important to respect all.
I reward anyone in my genealogy who is logging in daily and doing the red items. As long as a co sponsored person is an EA2, their VP is added to mine, and I get 15% off of their purchases. My CSA's are often half of my income and I appreciate them greatly.
CSA and PSA is only a way of distinguishing between two different parts of business system. The people within those systems matter. Both are on my team therefore they get treated the same with the same great treatment: coaching, incentives, and inspirational motivation.
Both CSA's and PSA"s are equally just as important to me to succeed, (AND IN THAT RESPECT FOR THEM TO SUCCEED). Both require the same amount of nurturing, attention, sponsoring, tutoring, and to follow the duplication procedure.
Example:
If your CSA's see that you prefer your PSA's by rewarding them differently, or vice versa, not only does your leadership ability arise, but also your CSA's and / or PSA's will lose your respect and start to perform negatively. This is detrimental for all and is a lose lose situation. Including the success of SFI itself!
For SFI to work, everybody, from the latest affiliate registered right up to Gery Carson
himself, are equally important.
