Having a co-op does not guarantee your down line will be active but it does help them to get active and stay active. The reason behind this is simple. Many affiliates, especially newbies, have no idea about internet marketing. They don't understand the concept of network marketing, promoting products online, etc. Thus in the earlier days of enrollment, affiliates are trying to grasp the basics alone. Even though they have a sponsor and a co-sponsor, I venture to say that at least 95% of new affiliates fail to contact them for help.
Disillusionment and the sea of information that is known as the world wide web contributes further to the disconnect between affiliates and their sponsors. We all experienced this seemingly endless dismay while trying to understand the basics. Good sponsors & co-sponsors react quickly to bring clarity to a plan of action that will move disconcerted affiliates from inactively caused by the 'paralysis of analysis' due to information overload.
Therefore its imperative that sponsors/co-sponsors connect with their affiliates within 24 to 48 hours to welcome them and congratulate them for making that first step - signing up. Once registered, then; affiliates need to be able to see a simple and clear plan of action that will help them achieve what they desire for their SFI business. If so many have no internet marketing experience, there is no better way to motivate your down line as letting them know that YOU with help THEM build their business.
Moreover, I support my down line 150% with tools, materials, and reassignments of affiliates. Those working toward TL qualification receive further co-opt assignments as a benefit of achieving TL qualification. The main reason having a co-op helps your down line stay active is because it saves them money on advertising. This is encouraging because it costs to maintain EA2. Whether you spend more time than money or otherwise, it will take a concerted effort. Through teamwork the journey toward SFI success is made easier and the burden lighter.
This creates positive energy that polarizes your down line. They soon they begin to understand the meaning of network marketing. The realization of the UNLIMITED possibilities begins to foster even more success. The is nothing quite as gratifying as personal achievement. The more of it we have; the harder we all strive to reach our goals. A team co-op simply states that no affiliate has to work alone but you are apart of a team and every member should do his/her part.
A team co-op has this kind of effect. If sponsors are reasonable with their affiliates about the rules of engagement with co-opts, it will get them active and help them to stay active. The more active EA2s, the more versa points for TL qualification. It is soon very clear that it is a numbers game and a balance between cost & profit. Duplication through co-op participation will eventually lead to multiplied commissions. This is what we all are working toward while strengthening vendor relationships with in our team. - Aiming Higher & Dreaming Bigger - Wilg
