I believe that the best way is teaching and encouraging those under you on how to advertise and duplicate. You might find that someone is interested in advertising however, they do not know where to start, which websites to advertise in, how to phrase their adverts etc. You as their sponsor need to be able to guide them and even if possible share with them an example of how you do your own advertising. Bravo for that achievement. The race has just started and I must say it's good that you are focused on becoming a team leader not just a BTL. For you to move from EA to BTL you need to add 1500 VP to the one that made you achieve the status of EA if it is within this month. All in all you need between 1500 and 2000 coming from sales/purchases from tripleclicks. I guess at this stage you are very new in the business such that making sales is very difficult hence introducing the concept of purchases.

I have been bronze for 2 months in a row now and have made it by keeping in touch with my downline which keeps growing from joining the coop, having a standing order or buying enough products every month to make EA. I have also been buying T credits and bidding. This really helps gain versa points, especially at the end of the month. If I am short of cash I use my t credits or MRP's to purchase. Hope this is helpful. Teach your downline to do the same, but not to excced their budget.

The SIMPLEST and Most Basic Requirement would be to
get those 1500* Extra Versa Points.

That said, the SFI system is so designed that there
is a NEED for you to DEVELOP A NETWORK of CSA/PSA's.
30 points/week to use the Genealogy Messenger would
be a pointer & so would be the need to PURCHASE from
Triple Clicks in order to shore up your points kitty.

First of all, make sure that you have your leadership page up to date. If it isn't kept up to date, none of the rest of this will matter. Secondly, make sure that you have at least 1,500vp worth of either sales or purchases from tripleclicks. I always like to buy T-credits and use them to bid in auctions. Thats one vp per bid up to 500vp. At least once a week, use the PSA/CSA mailer in geneology to mail your downline. When you make purchases, you also will earn 25vp per new purchase for rating

To move from the level of EA to a Team Leader, one could do the following:
set up a standing order
participate in the share build coop
sign up for the Wave 3 and participate in the pricebenders and pick the price
log in daily for 330 points
set up a weekly message to your team
Set up a ECA and share your products on tripleclicks of your t connect
Get other ECA's in your local area to sell their products
share the business with others through flyers, cards

The most important thing for you to do is to follow the "To Do List" and accomplish all of those tasks that you possible can. Also, look at TripleClicks and become familiar with and use the products available to you there to expand your business. Another thing to do is to listen to your upline (Sponsor and Co-Sponsor) and follow their advice.

1) Hold your EA rank every month (IAHBE standing order is the easiest way or 200 TCredits which can be used to bid and win CSAs and other wonderful auction products).
2) Recruit or sponsor affiliates to SFI.
3) Identify your 5 best affiliates who share your same vision about SFI.
4) Help these 5 affiliates to duplicate these 3 points above.
