Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?
In this business, you perseverance leads to success. Even Facebook, Google or Microsoft, took several months or even years to become successful businesses. SFI has managed this. Therefore, we have to follow the trajectory of daownlines because their success is your success.

Certainly, you can send a weekly message to all of your generations, but you should concentrate on training your PSAs to train others. Everyone in the team may not be like you and with your awareness and may be less interested in building up your line and so, it is your duty to reach out to all the affiliates on your future generations, to your extent of trials.
Of course you should be on your affiliates side. We're working in a team and it doesn't matter if the person, who needs you is on 3,4,5 level depth. I personally helped one of my 4-th level affiliate not because their sponsor is inactive, but because I explained the things in easier way. When you're a leader/sponsor you should be available to all your team members when they need you and you see they are active.

I think you should reach out to the affiliates on your geneology and help them achieved something because it would boost their iniative to do more and earn more because it's not only their sponsor who reach out for them in order to succeed.

Yes! I believe in team work and supporting these individuals will make them feel connected to the team. This will foster greater productivity throughout the team and as result everyone will benifit.

Yes, I think you should reach out to them. You get commissions off of all those people so you should be there for them in anyway you can. Their Sponsor may not be there e-mailing them and answering questions so you want them to see that someone is willing to help so that they won't give up and quit.
One should definitely consider helping one's 2nd, 3rd generation affiliates by reaching out to them once in a while. Communication defines relationships as it builds bridges, guides and encourages which are some of the things needed by affiliates. Providing it for your downlines encourages them that you care for their progress. This is more important because there will always be reassigned CSA who need to be encouraged. However, one should encourage one's PSA to regularly reach out to their downlines while one's achievements and the achievement of some of them can ginger them. One should not only monitor one's PSA, one should not give his G2, G3 the impression that their progress is their own business because their own success will also rub off their sponsors and co-sponsors.

Yes. When I joined SFI,I was afraid. I had no idea that what type of business is this and how can I handle it. It was my first attempt and I was feeling that I was in labyrinth. At this stage my Sponsor helped me and guide me. My other team leaders also guided me in different situations. I think without their help I could not succeed in this business. So, it is our moral and business duty to reach out to the affiliates on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations.
