Leave it to sponsor. One can't take whole burden or it may be mis-manageable. Have a tab on sponsors on what the generations are doing. Divide and rule policy applies here.
Absolutely contact and reach out to your downline. I email my CSAs the same emails as my PSAs. Sometimes I simply send out an mailer to my entire Genealogy just to stay in touch.
Also, the videos I've done have been helpful to other EAs who have used them to help train their PSAs, which they wouldn't have done had I not kept in touch with my entire downline.
I figure, we're all in this together. I can help other Affiliates with their downline just as easily as I can help my own PSAs and CSAs. We all learn from each other!

Reaching out affiliates is a sign of good business ethics. It is a way of establishing relationship as well as partnership in the long run. Making this a habit will benefit you and your downlines to move in synergy. Communication is vital in any business, it binds you at a certain level to work hand in hand. It also encourages one another to open up and leads to triggering ideas to develop in the future.
I personally believe that you should reach out to your down-line no matter what level they are on.
The team leaders in your down-line should be excited about someone in their up-line is helping their team to succeed.
Sooner or later you will reap rewards for helping those in all your levels - that is what SFI is all about - "help others to be successful and you in turn will become successful.
Check your genealogy and movers tabs find those who are collecting VP and give them an invitation to help no matter what level they are on - even CSA,s.
I would reach out to anyone in my downline even if I didn't get rewarded for it. What SFI rewards you receive as you climb the success ladder is icing on the cake.

Definitely YES! You should reach out with them. Your 1st level affiliate may not be reaching out with them, but you can still make those 2nd to nth generations be active and you may not know it but you are still helping them grow in this business.
I would reach out to anyone who needs it. Since your income comes from 8 levels deep, I wouldn't leave anyone out. Leave them a note to let them know you are there if they need you. I had where 3rd level affiliates have contacted me.
Yes, of course this all generations are like one family & consider them as one family. If they need help it is better to help rather than avoiding them.
I would first encourage their sponsor to be there for them, and teach them how to do this. If they see you being there when they need help, and communicating with the them on a timely basis they are likely to follow you footstep. But let them always know you are in the background for any help that is needed. And if you see they are not doing their job then step in. It is better to not loss a affiliate under you no matter what generation than making sure you don't hurt a sponsor feeling. Of course if the affiliates that are under your people contact you directly than yes don't turn them away.
