Yes, It is depend on you, How you treated your PSAs/CSAs. And at which stage you have taken work from them. If you are capable you may accept 7th generation in your group. All the best...
At the moment I have only 1 generation PSAs and CSAs so it is easy to reach out to them. I email them regularly just to keep in touch, sharing valuable tips I come across from the SFI Forum, and reminding them that I am there for them to help in any way I can. This I will continue to do especially when I have 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. generations! I will keep on reaching out to them even if I don't ever hear from any of them, for they are on my team.
Without question! Not only should support be offered throughout your entire downline but encouraged for SFI's entire platform. Without supporting each other we, as a community, would never have gotten as far as we have. Take Ask SC for an example, this is a support group right here! Without support the SFI platform would not be what it is nor have the success rate it has. Just recently someone from outside my up/downline has given me a form of support a new affiliate like me could only dream of finding. It has allowed me to grow substantially and expand both my experience and my knowledge base. This in turn can be passed on through my DL and new affiliates alike for years to come.

Make time for all your affiliates from 1st to last. A simple message of encouragement and willingness to help from time to time will greatly boost the morale and tightens the bond within your team. Always remember that whenever a sponsor is removed due to inactivity then their downline passes up to you, so if you are always there for all of them then their will never be any confusion among your team whoever their sponsor might be.
Yes, reach down to them and develop a relationship and cement the parts of your team together. By looking at your genealogy and checking each of your PSAs who have sponsored affiliates, you can tell if he is in a position to be of help to his downline. Look at his badges, his total and monthly vp, if he has earned all of the available communication and stream vp, if he has completed his To Do List including the LaunchPad. These can indicate that this is a good or bad sponsor.
Your first communication with gen 2+ can be a friendly introduction to yourself with your team goals, etc. Offer your help and encouragement. Encourage them to contact their sponsors and to ask them for help. Offer your help when their sponsors are not available.
As you pinpoint which of these generational affiliates has a dormant sponsor, write them individually. Offer your encouragement and help. Perhaps guide them in their adventure of building this business. First step, first. Never criticize their sponsor. Their sponsor might awaken and want to be a good sponsor. He needs the trust and honor that you can instill in his PSA.
I have tried to always inform a sponsor when I am contacting his PSA. You always want to remember that the sponsor's role is not to be taken lightly and we should not tread on another's role as sponsor.

Reaching out to them as their co-sponsor will make up for your sponsor being on vacation or all the times when their sponsor isn't available. This gives them an extra support to help them make their EA or higher status. Since you're not going to say the exact same thing as their sponsor, they will get help with things they may not be able to help with.
It also gives their sponsor a nice break when they can't be there.
So yes, you should always support your team, and all who come in contact with you, even if they don't always answer. They'll be getting your e-mails and seeing that they have a strong support system in place if they ever do need help.

It all depends on their sponsor. If they have an active sponsor you better concentrate on that sponsor and show him the best ways to sponsor his PSAes. On the other hand , if they have inactive sponsors you should definitely reach them and offer your help.
Also you can include them in any tips or advice you are mailing to your PSAes. Remember that in case those inactive affiliates in between you and them disappear all those active affiliates from level 2, 3 and so on will move one level up and they could end up being your own PSAes.

It is very important that you reach out, not only to your PSAs but also to your entire team! The reason is that you build your business by helping all members on your downline and encourage them. It helps with commissions for everyone because those who are EAs or higher earn greater commissions and share (as Team Leaders) in greater commissions from those who are EAs or higher on their team. It boosts morale with everyone on your team. It helps with communications between each other. It is a win-win situation for everyone who chooses to use this tool. The beauty of SFI is that you can do this using the Genealogy and send a message to everyone with one click of a button and there's no hassile with writing messages to thousands of affiliates; it's all done at once. So be sure to do this as often as possible and your team will grow and everyone will appreciate your willingness to be there for them as well.

Always bear in mind that ALL generations in your genealogy that you stand to benefit from their success DO NEED YOUR 100% SUPPORT! Remember, their success is your success so supporting them is supporting yourself ultimately - this is where DUPLICATION comes hard into play!
