I agree that this is a great source of motivation for your team. As such, I reward my EAs with gift certificates, PSAs, and affirmations in the stream and on my Recognition Page. I also advertise for my achievers and provide them with a free platform to promote products and recruit from. I'd like to think that as far as sponsors go, I've done everything I know to do to support my team 150%. Heck, I do try to support the entire SFI family!! We are all in this together. If we are going to teach our team anything, let's teach them that the way to build a successful network marketing business is by NETWORKING with successful minded people within and outside of your team. Recognizing the achievements of our PSAs will encourage them to be more progressive. We can use many ways to do that as:
1. SFI Forum. We have the topic Recognition in the forum to appreciate the achievements of our downline. Posting attractive/colorful recognition with their name, ID and country they are from, will make them happy. They will be encouraged to do more.
2. Our LeaderShip Page is having Recognition Tab to appreciate our Downline.
3. Stream Tab is a good place to spread the praise & encourage our progressive downline.
4. Individually emailing recognition of achievements to our downline will encourage them.
5. Communicating regularly with our downline, giving them goals, and on completion rewarding them with Gift Certificates/TCredits/Re-assignments, is the best way to recognize and encourage our PSAs/downline.

I recognize the achievements of my PSAs by giving them 10 TCredits when they reach EA status or if they have worked all month to try to obtain EA status. I also email them and congratulate them on their efforts and offer guidance on how they can become Team Leaders if that is what they desire. I like to send greeting cards, so from time to time, I will send them a greeting card by postal mail to let my PSAs know how much I appreciate them and their efforts.
There are several ways of recognizing the achievement of your PSAs/Downline:
Firstly, for a PSA, you have personal access to his/her email and should send them a personal mail to recognize them. If you've been able to develop a personal relationship with them and have access to their cell phone details, then a call or text message will also be appropriate.
Secondly, gifts work wonders and are really appreciated no matter how small they are. So a Gift Certificate, transfer of Tcredits, re-assignment of affiliates etc, are great ways of rewarding their hard work and commitment.
Finally, the best recognition you can give a downline is your attention and commitment to help him succeed. Be there for him and offer him support tailored specifically for his needs. We all love attention and this can really be a great motivation for them leading to greater achievements.

You may recognize the achievements of PSAs by giving them a few TCredits or Gift Certificate, when they reach EA status for the month. Also, congratulate them on their efforts reaching the EA status and offer guidance on how they can get to Team Leaders position. If you are able to develop a personal relationship with some of them and have access to their cell phone details, then a call will also be nice.
I find sending out an email to your affiliates when they reach a certain goal is VERY important.
I do the following, i reward each affiliate that reaches EA status with some PSA re-assignments in their first month as an EA, if they reach EA2 they get even MORE PSA's, BTL, STL or higher the more PSA re-assignments they get! This keeps them motivated to maintain their rank each and every month!
I also send out congratulation emails to their personal inbox plus put their achievements on my stream talk so my whole downline can be motivated by this...when others see people succeed it helps them stay motivated!
You can also send out gift certificates or transfer t-credits to your downline to show them you appreciate all their effort....remember your success is directly tied to theirs, so rewarding your affiliates is highly recommended!

Recognition of the PSAs achievement can be done by having a glance at the GENEALOGY and regularly monitoring their progress and then congratulate them for their achievements at the STREAM POSTS, TEAM MAILS and also the LEADERSHIP PAGE.
The main thing is you must prove you are concerned for their progress/achievements.
As others have said there are a lot of ways to recognize our downline's achievements, and if you have your own membership program like I do, you can also offer them a free upgrade or free banners or other advertising to help them promote their own SFI links. This is a good way of building traffic and promoting SFI at the same time. But also you want to do things within SFI first, for instance, you could help them by sending them a reassignment of one of your own PSA's or CSA's. Or offer to put their site in a rotator and rotate their ads in your site.
Anything you do to help someone else become richer will also make you richer. It just works out that way. But also remember that there are some that no matter what you do for them, they will drop out. You can do nothing about it other than then to be open to them coming back when the time is right for them.
