I would say yes, definitely you should not neglect them. These affiliates came to you for help most probably from your A2A connections for an obvious reason. They see in you as a success model in SFI and if you should strengthen your friendship by helping them at a moment when they need you.
An active friend on A2A is better than 100 inactive PSAes in your team since one day you could join forces , together with their active PSAes to build coops or at least help each other promote ECAes that you are involved in.

With out a doubt, help them! First, they came to you for a reason - perhaps they read one of your post and were impressed - and feel you can help them where others wouldn't or couldn't.
Remember, we are all part of a huge team and the more we help one another the better the team. The more successful we all make SFI, the more successful each of us can become.
Help them! We're all part of one community, and our community is improved by helping each other.
Either the affiliate hasn't gotten an answer to their question from their sponsor or they're looking at something you're doing and seeing someone from whom they want ideas or suggestions. Either way, it just takes a moment for you to offer a suggestion, answer their question, or give them a new idea. And we're all better off from you giving of a little of your time because we're better when other affiliates are working with SFI correctly.
You can include in your answer a location in the forum or elsewhere in the affiliate center where they can find more information so that they're more familiar with ways to find the answer themselves in the future.
Naturally, it's quite appropriate to suggest that they might want to contact their sponsor or their upline. While answering questions from others is appropriate, you probably don't want to become a surrogate sponsor... their co-sponsor or someone in their upline should be doing that.

If, help whenever we are in the same company, same purpose, same address, that matters other than your child's appreciation and bonds will be a son when help is provided, adopted child, friends sirmpre this has to prevail in all human relationships.
You should always respect all affiliates that may come to you for assistance. All in all we are all on the SFI Team and any assistance that we can give to others can do nothing but improve the SFI Motto of together we all succeed. Besides your response to an affiliates question just might be the ice breaker that turns that affiliate into an above average affiliate. You never know exactly what may or may not motivate an affiliate and that, I think, is the bottom line. Assistance however slight is assistance and is always appreciated.

Never turn anyone away who comes to you and asks for help. When you give without expectations, you're always rewarded. This is called the law of reciprocity and it's just as valid a law as the law of gravity! Network marketing is a helping business, and some of the most successful companies in the world are based on mentoring others. So any time a fellow man (or woman) comes to you asking for help, you must always do whatever you can to help. And if you don't know the answer, just send them a link where they can find the help they need.

We are all part of one big team. You never know when you'll stumble across a scenario where you'll gain the necessary knowledge to help yourself & your downline as well. If nothing else you gain another connection, more knowledge, and experience.
