What message do you send to new EAs to encourage them to keep their EA status?

It is always a good idea to congratulate any affiliate becoming an EA plus to give them positive self esteem that when they just achieved there EA they can achieve more in becoming Leaders and if eager enough and determined to work hard like they did getting to EA affiliate, they can do anything, anything is possible, if you give up on a dream, the dream may never happen, work at a dream to make it become real in your life, work at it, and anything can be gained at any time of your life, does not

First you have to praize his/her effort in become ES.
A congratulations is the aproppriate word for that.
Then show most the beneffits of being at this level, for himself and to the other members of team. Show him also the importance of renew this position as well what he have to do to maintain this position. As his or her sponsor make sure you motivate your member to keep this positions chosing aproppriate words.

Congratulations to become EA. This satus in basically very important within SFI like earning monthly from Executive Pool, Power Tools to grow your Business, getting & retaining CSAs, getting many rewards, TCredits etc.
So it worth maintaining at least EA status each month. And it is very easy & low cost to maintain. Just create your Standing Order with 1500vps and you are done. Instantly you will get 2 CSAs and your team will be growing, multiplying your commissions & other benefits

First and foremost, congrats them for becoming EA. Advise them to maintain EA position every month and explain to them the benefits they get if they maintain their EA status.

Show them the easiest way to maintain their EA status.

Make them think that there are going in a right direction and you are there to help them at any point of time to achieve their EA status.

Congratulate the winner who became EA, tell him (her) that that first step is achieve but need to continue ... as the efforts should remain for going on as a two month EA following SFI rules and if they did the effort it is for better results later on ... not to go back to the beginning. I am pleased to have so dynamic Affiliates who bring the team upward and the level more efficient! Of course it's a good idea to send a personal message to your new EA. Besides that you could give him/her a few TCredits for achieving this goal. A great way is setting up an incentive on your Leadership Page. For example if people are still EA in their 3rd or 4th month, give them 10 TCredits and some nice words on your Leadership Page.
Creating a Co-op is also a great incentive. Give your new EA's the possibility to join for free or a minor payment so your new EA's will get PSA's of their own.
