Should I be assisting new ECAs I've referred to set up their store and products? If yes, how best can I assist them?

the answer of your question is both yes and no.
If yes, it means that you need to help new ECA'S you referred just to get acquainted with site environment and interface, as well as to send them tips how to set up their store properly.
If no, it means that depending on your ECA's industry you shouldn't go to deep into their product listing and especially the prices they should charge. Every ECA should develop it's own market conquering strategy.
Of course running your own store is conditio sine qua non.

good question, After successfully refer ECA under your gateway. Guide them how they can list products in store and and which products they can list. Guide them different aspects of ECA. and how to complete order after getting 1st order. guide them how to promote their store. Tell them the benefits of being an ECA and they will surely take more interest in ECA store.
It would depend in part on whether or not they NEED your help. If they do, by all means,
but I think only to explain HOW to. They should be able to lay out their own store,
showing THEIR tastes and personalities, rather than trying to get you to do it for them.
Don't know if that's necessarily the BEST way to help, but it would seem so to me.

In case your ECAs ask for help it is wise to know to guide them...However, if you do not know, tell them to ask for help from the help section or from the other member of his/her upper line. But if you do know in detail what an ECA has to do, you may even ask them how you can assist them and what they need to create successfully their ECA profile and post successfully their first items.
actually, you can help them showcase their products or services. You can help by connecting with them on TripleClicks or asking some contacts (skype, facebook, gmail, email etc. ..) personal to help you whenever you have problems and can help you step by step all what they need to do to improve their business.

These questions say “ECA’s I’ve referred to”. This not clear does she means that ECA from her native country or one she knows from other country. Well I said that when you are ECA from other country after ordering goods in special order will cost more even affiliates think it should be less. Even ECA a honest person when he is operating from other country delivery system might have loopholes (errors) which we cannot fixed individually. Especially even it is a special order the Goods received in bad condition or “lost in mail” can be happen more frequently without any individual claim.
Then it becomes high risk “delivery” sometimes even ECA’s has no response for our individual question. Other thing it is very important to give clear tracking number to identify the product at the parcel service of the native country.
Because of these reasons it is very important to verify when you say “referred to” ECA from his native country or from “other Country” to identify the product threw a tracking number.

Hello good question, I do so contact my ECA and try to get him to put products to sell, because I saw that many ECAs have not yet produced, then once they put their products will contact them again to study together a strategy, or within the cgiedo if you have the products which may be fine for my country so I create the market in my paese.Ancora sponsor ECA premises so it would be better to eliminate the costs and you have more chances of vendita.Spero that this will be of help.

Any assistance you can give new ECAs would be of great help to them, I am sure they will let you know what you can do to assist them. Just letting them know you are available to help will give them a boost.
Any support is good, helping with store names, products, prices, etc. It can be daunting for someone who does not have alot of experience with marketing but wants to give it a go, so if you encourage them it will be of benefit to you and your new ECA.
