How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?
I would ask them to choose a few choice products that they can offer a competitive price on to get started. After they gain some loyal customers then it is a good time to add some more items for sale. Always keep the lowest price on a things which are easy to find. They can charge more for harder to find products as they add them.

First, ECA should understand the behavior of targeted customers well .. and if necessary he make segmentation to identify the needs of each segment.
Second, ECA select the product of more benefit and add value to each segment.
Third, The price should include the cost of product, plus the profit margin which can be adjustable to fit the segment itself (level of income, location, quality of person, ..etc), but finally you must consider the satisfaction of each one.

What products?,What prices?
Find out which are the most popular products and observe supply and demand on the Market.If your ECA already has it's own products they should put lower prices so they can sell more and good thing is if they are legible for SO.That's the way to make more sales and for you also to receive more commissions.

If they became ECAs it is obvious they can know how to sell and what prices to establish, it is something which someone who works in sales knows perfectly. However, in case they ask about this, it depends what precisely they ask ..But anyway, you should advise them to choose a decent price, as low as possible but advantageous from the point of view of the transportation cost as well...Also, the ECA should not forget the 15% he/he should add as deposit fee in SFI.
How can we advise our ECA's on which products to sell?
I think that is probably not the right question. Truth be told, I don't believe it is in our scope of things to suggest to the ECA what THEY should sell and for how much. We can be a sounding board when they are talking about their prices or their products.
I don't think it is our place to tell them what they should do; however, if we are asked, we should have done enough research to be able to answer intelligently.
i think direct confrontation is a better and faster means,however you can can call a contact,send an email to the eca.try to know the products in high demand and affordable prices and also their corresponding price on tripleclicks.Yhat should give your eca an idea whether to add or reduce their prices
Any eca with the interest of its customers at hand will adhere.thats the way to make sales but if you decide to be expensive???sorry your products will grow old with you!!!

Mail them a message, you just can suggest what you think might be of interest to customers, prices shoud be lower than on other sites, taking a look at shipping costs.

I think any must need to know how will start SFI business because if you know more about business then you must be gain to your business. anyone can sale cell phone, banner, many other product. you gain your experience to see TC products. There are many product here, same product you can sale which your own. Other than you can help from your sponsor.and you can chat with ECA manager and discuss about this matter.

I personally question was not clearly, not even replied that I read.
On the market there is a law of supply and demand.
Each ECAS offers what it has in its actions. So each of them needs to focus on being as original, or a commodity that its competitors do not, and of course with the price being lower than them.

ECAs offering advertising services tend to do well as most Affilates do not have technical or marketing skills to promote their business. They therefore rely heavly on these ECAs which results in them making massive sales.
ECAs selling PSAs also do well at TripleClicks. But you have to be a GTL and above to be able to provide these services.
E-books are another winner as with e-books the issue of shipping costs is eliminated.
Generally, products that help affiliates advance with thier business will sell well.
As for the prices, they should be affordable and probably the best that can be found anywhere on the Net.
