I think there is no limitation for a Sponsor to help their Affiliates. As far as you think that an Affiliates needs help you can extend your full help to each and everyone under you.

Helping your Affiliates to the best you can gives some rewards to you in the near future, because the success of one in your team means success to each and everyone in your group.

Helping your Affiliates to the best you can give their Sponsor a good rating, so it is a good point to the Sponsor

Hi Friend,

Remember the adage; 'It is better to teach a person to fish than to give them a fish a day for the rest of their lives.'

Well, that's how far you should go.

Help your Affiliates to learn how to succeed at building their own business with SFI.

At the start it may require some hand-holding and even some hand-outs, but always teach the lesson and demonstrate it by your own actions too.

You may have to start by giving them a fish, then

As the saying goes:
"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime!"

You should be teaching and training your downline not doing it for them.

It is necessary and important to spend time training, teaching, explaining, encouraging, motivating and inspiring your downline, but the line must be drawn when you have to do it for them!

Your downline must prove they are interested and committed to their own

In my opinion, the sponsor can only guide you and teach you how to duplicate and also how to make a good businessman.

The sponsor can not help you to approach people to join the team under you, that is our duty as normally sponsors will not be very near to you to help on this regard. But if he/she is available and you are not very much familiar with this business then, he has to support you.

If an affiliate is not interested to do the business in normal way, as he/she is not

I would say that as much as it is rather difficult to ascertain what is too much or too little effort or help offered however there are some ingredients that I will look at in my down line or Affilaites to be determined how deserving they are of my help or effort .

What I usually do is not to offer freebies such as gift certificates or TC Credits or reassignment of PSAs so freely I will only do so for example when they hit certain milestones like been EA for 1 month then EA2 , EA4 and

This is a great question.

As a sponsor myself I try to recommend everything that SFI has going for it like the Launchpad lessons and the getting started actions for learning about SFI.

I recommend things from TripleClicks that I have purchased already or have in place like Standing Orders. But you have to have yours set up first.

I stop at buying things for them. I am not going to give them that crutch to fall back on or have them feel like they owe me for anything.

I have to start by saying here that being a Sponsor to an affiliate is like being a Mentor to a protege. It's like also being a parent to a baby; but the little difference here is that some of these affiliates do not really behave like proteges or children. This is the factor that determines how far a sponsor should go in help his/her affiliates. Aside that, every sponsor should go as far as any length in assisting his/her committed affiliates, by:

1. Regularly encouraging them through

I think being available for your affiliates when they have questions. Everyone is at different levels of desire and ability. Realizing this you don't want to pressure or push your affiliates to success.

Just offer friendly advice and business tips. Remind them to log on to their accounts everyday. Some will be happy to receive your help. Others will be resentful because their goals and self esteem and circumstances won't allow them to be successful.

Work with those that want

As I perceived, the point is we must be able to enable them to become independent. So the point of limitation I supposed is their dependency to you as a leader, where they ask you everything they need to do, or they are totally dependent to you. As leaders we must be aware of this so that we could strategize how to wean them especially when they already start in building their respective team. They must learn to themselves how to find solutions to their concerns and from that you can say that you

I look at my affiliates as a group that is in and out of compassion. So for me I was told one time that the ones don't participate to drop them and get new Psa's. But I can't do that because I was in their foot steps once. I would take it to their limit until they tell me not to write them anymore, then I'll give them that breathing space. Other then that you never know which one is going to make money for both of you. My desire is to keep all of my CSA's as long as I can and open up to them slowly
