To accomplish this you will need to be an aggressive advertiser. You can use many of the free advertising sites, plus all the social networks, e.g Facebook, Twitter, etc. Then with your modest budget you can use a paid site where the traffic is guaranteed and you will get enough signups.

Here is the simplest answer I can think of at the moment. Go to the PriceBenders auctions and bid on the S-Builder ones with an intention of winning. You will have to develop a strategy for this, and it will take You some time to do it at an on going pace. You will need around 63 current S-Builder units to achieve a rate of 100 PSA's Per Day.
Be sure that Your bidding does not carry beyond $22 for any one unit, or You will be exceeding Your budget. Note that it is relatively common for an S-Builder

There is only one way that I know of and it is to win them in the Price Benders Penny Auction. I did it easily my first time but on my second attempt I used up 1270 TCredits and lost. These PSAs are good quality. Win or Loose! - it can go either way. I sure did like receiving all 100 within 48 hours.

Your primary focus should be on quality rather than quantity. If the Auction is not to your liking you could always set up a table with SFI/TC Cards and Brochures at Trade Shows, Flea Markets

Hello. I think the best option for that is to buy Google AdWords advertisement package or Facebook advertisement BUT I also wanted to say to you that there is no need to have 100+ PSAs per day.

In this business, QUALITY is over QUANTITY! You have no benefits of 100 inactive PSAs but you have A LOT of benefits of very FEW active PSAs. My suggestion for you is to focus on finding PSAs that will be active because you will get VPs and matching points from them (if they are at least EA2). From

Focus on the important things first. Such as consistently having new prospects coming into your gateway page at the rate of about 2-4 per day.

You should ask yourself, "How many welcome emails can I send out in a day?"
I would be amazed if anyone wants to send out that many at that 100/day rate, even if they could. Remember: you must support all those people with more contacts via email.

'Quality' should come before 'quantity' when you do your planning.

In my opinion, enrolling 100+ PSAs in a day with your money is not a good idea. Buying PSAs from the market are not very useful and also hundreds of inactive PSAs will not gain you.

If you have money, you can enroll 5+ PSAs in a month from your area through online or offline advertisements which will not cost you much and give them good training for duplication.

If possible you can spent some money for enrolling people for your down lines through your PSAs offering some awards

This question would be answered by another question: What is your priority - to be a successful team leader or a great Enroller? In our work quality is more important than quantity. if you wondered how well you can work with a living engaging +100 PSA? The truth is that the membership of 100 new realistically you can get about 5-10 quality active members but not guaranteed. It is very simple to be top enroller with modest budget, you have group of sites called Pay To Sign Up and you can be top enroller but you must be aware that high enrollment doesn't mean that you going to have active people because they are paid to sign up so their job is to sign up and do nothing more than that. This is like gambling if you be lucky to have some of them interested (it's highly possible that you don't) in business you can consider yourself very lucky man.

This question put a frown on my face and I'll explain you why.
I don't think, you fully understand SFI/TripleClicks as a real business.
There are a lot of ways, cheap and free advertising you can utilizes to achieve your goals, but the real question IF You Should Do It? And the answer is NO.
Where are you going to find time to teach your PSA'a about this business if you have a 100+ of them, every day? Nowhere!
