The benefits of using these E cards is you can send a message without sending an email or stream for something they have done or needs to get done.

I use them for congratulating them for the daily grand drawing

I use them for letting the person know if he needs to work on something in their to do list.

I have sent them to the team members that have not logged into SFI.

I also have sent them asking letting them know I am here to help them if they have any questions.

Hi Oprea,

As gleaned from SFI archives, basically, E-Cards program is a program for sending full-color digital postcards to friends and family. SFI provides many designs to choose from. There are cards promoting the SFI business opportunity and there are cards promoting various SFI products. After choosing a design, you can then add your own personal message. It will also automatically insert a link to the appropriate SFI Gateway Website (so that you are credited with the referrals). Once you click “send”, your postcard gets sent to anyone of your choice. They are very cheap and highly cost-effective because they are FREE to use. You get to spend no money that is.

The other major benefit of using E-Cards also means that SFI will do the "heavy lifting" (the selling) for you. There's no need to know every little detail about SFI or the product you're letting your recipients know about. Simply choose a card, add a short friendly little message, and send it. The full-color card and the Gateway URL included with it can take it from there! Selling can’t get any better than that particularly for marketers who are too shy to meet people one-on-one.
With E-cards, your new affiliates can get started immediately promoting their business for free. They need only grab the e-mail addresses of their "warm market" and start sending out E-Cards.

PLUS...if you're sponsoring SFI affiliates, you'll also be happy to know that E-Cards provide an incredible value to your brand new team members. Your new personally sponsored affiliates are often very motivated to learn how to get started, but many are operating on a very small budget and cannot afford to invest in promotion or advertising for their products. E-Cards are a very nice new tool that makes it easier for us to send appropriate messages to Affiliates

The following are the best ways to use them with your team.

The Affiliate E-Cards are so colorful and motivational that would an ordinary text message to your downline. It has the double effect of conveying your message in pictorial form as well as text and is therefore more effective
Use them regularly to congratulate your upline when they rise or win a prize.
Use them regularly to congratulate your downline when they score a success like becoming an EA or TL or re-maintaining an EA or TL status.
Use the E-Cards to encourage your downline who from all indications are developing cold feet apparently because they are either confused, overwhelmed or are doubtful as to whether the game is worth the candle.
There are many other good uses which which rear their heads as we move along this fine Affiliate Program.

I personaly like e-cards.
They allow us to communicate with PSA easier.
When they see some of e-cards PSA may have guessed what kind of message it is, to react in time, because the image is always greater incentive than words.
Personally, I send a lot of e-cards to my PSA-s and I noticed that the reactions differently then on a regular mail. While on a message without pictures they rarely reply, on this type of message I often get the response, and to be sure in a positive mood.

Different tipe of e-cards you can use for a different occasions.
My favorite is quick tip, that is my way to be shure my PSA understud that he/she should do something, and they always do as I wrote.

Can be also sent only to maintain contact, you will se it`s productive, and easy way to ceep you PSA-s wake, and to let them know that you are thinking about them.

Encourage - Good workers, Fast workers, Top Workers
Inactive workers, slow workers. Just a few kind words of encouragement does help in addition to the different pictures of e cards we can use.

Uplift - again, I do send my different e cards to all of the above again, all my active workers and to my inactive workers too.

Motivate. - I can use my e cards and applies once again to all my different workers, fast, slow, active and inactive.

Congratulate- I love these cards. When I send these cards they mean so much to me to be able to congratulate my team, and applies to all my a2a friends too. Congratulating on reaching the higher ranks, on winning the Daily Grand, on being a Wave3 winner, on winning on auctions, for my affiliates birthdays and for anniversaries too.

Support - show your support, be there for your affiliates, send your support messages to your Upline leaders, and to your Downline Team too.

I use the new e-cards regularly, because I believe they're professional looking and will be read.
I use welcome e-cards for new affiliates.
Using these help get the new affiliate's attention. I believe, they will read a colorful, professional e-card over an e-mail or plain mailings.
Then, I send a follow up e-mail to each new affiliate explaining SFI and how to begin working on the website.
I believe if they read the e-card, they are more likely to read the follow up e-mails and mailings that I send. Helping to get more new signups to stay and work.
I also congratulate affiliates and a2a friends on their accomplishments with an e-card.
These e-cards are such an improvement over just sending mailings and e-mails.
I congratulate the staff for this improvement.

They are so professional and attention grabbing.

There are two main places that you can send E-cards from.

1. Your affiliates snapshot page directly from your email, SFI messages, movers page, or genealogy.

2. Your affiliates Versa Points Ledger, directly from their snapshot page.

Sending your PSA's and CSA's E-Cards will not only encourage them with your congrats, pointers, and ongoing support, it will also provide you with the opportunity to form a meaningful relationship with your affiliates.

Sending E-Cards when one of your affiliates reach EA or above will encourage them to continue forward, providing them with ongoing support tips will also provide them with the comfort in knowing that support is there when required. It will assist you in the long run to build a great trust relationship with your Team.
