The best way to explain the relationship between SFI and TripleClicks is to think of a peanut butter & jelly sandwich. Yep, peanut butter and jelly. Which do you like the best? TripleClicks is a online store and auction site similar to E-bay. SFI is it's affiliate marketing department.

This is how I explain it:

I work with a company called SFI, or Strong Future International, which supports the website TripleClicks. TripleClicks is a global on-line market that sells over 100,000 items from all over the world. My job is to spread the word about TripleClicks, and introduce buyers to a great online resource for all of their needs. In addition, I am looking for others to help me do that. My explanation is this:

SFI is the affiliate program that pays us commission next month when this month we earn min. 1500 VP (from actions and/or shopping in TripleClicks). It also pays us for recommending it to others (when they register and qualify).

SFI provides FREE tools to promote and valuable training. It worths to at least try it.

I keep it simple and state that "SFI is the business opportunity and TripleClicks is our store".

There's an old saying in marketing that "features tell but benefits sell". You would want to follow your simple statement with some BENEFIT statements. For example if you state how long SFI has been in business that's a feature, BUT if you state that being in business for so long indicates reliability that's a benefit. Hello!

I don't think you need to worry about new affiliates - as they do their daily activities, and visit all the tabs,or after they read SFI Basics and Launchpad, they WILL understand the relationship. As for the prospects...

I would argue that not everybody sees it in the same way, and would probably explain it differently, but everybody understands that our paycheck depends on the success of Tripleclicks and Pricebenders, so we our job is to do our best to improve the sales
