The answer to this question should not be difficult. For me, it's a pretty easy choice, or decision, whatever.
First of all I bought the S-Builder, or, in case that I already have it, I would invest in paid advertising, and in some of the high-ranking websites for that purpose - primarily Google.
The rest of the money, I would invest in a monthly prize campaign / contest for my team. Prizes for the best three or five participants, would be in the form of gift certificates, ranging from $ 2-10. Enough to purchase W3 starter pack, or purchase TCredits.
The point is that I invested in building and foundation of my team.
