1.For starters Kindly note that before you jump into introducing the S-Builder Coop to your down line it is VERY important that you LEAD BY EXAMPLE. That is, promote S-Builder ONLY if YOU are in S-Builder yourself! To ensure compliance, everyone in your group will be able to see if you are participating via a new "SB" tag that will appear beside your name at the Affiliate Center. Does your badge wall have it? You be the judge.

2. Make an Irresistible Coop Offer and Stand By it
You can make your offer to pay half or anything you want to any or all generations in your organization using the Group Messaging feature on your Genealogy. Just make sure you have the funds to reimburse everyone who might take you up on your offer! Gery said "If you make the offer, you must stand behind it!"

3. If You have a limited Budget, it's still your offer. You can set the rules to suit your budget or other requirements. For example, if you have a budget of 30 units maximum, first, then state that in your message and tell your PSA's they need to contact you first for authorization before ordering. Once you've authorized your limit, accept no more than that. That's good leadership right there.

4. Try the 4-way split Coop
"co-oping the co-op" can be more than just a two-way split! You and your sponsor plus one of your PSA's, for example, could 3-way it. Your cost per unit is now as little as $7.33 apiece right! A 4-way gets it down to just $5.50 per unit! organizing these kinds of coops will take more effort and time, but you can still try it with your willing Up line or down line

5. Reward Go-getters through the Coop(Incentivize)
How? You could offer to split the cost of up to three units with any PSA in your group who makes the Top 500 VP this month. Or who gets to the top of their class in the Power Rankings. Or for becoming an EA or Team Leader. Come up with some creative ideas. 1. As with everything in SFI, duplication is the key. Get an SBuilder yourself and set it up as a co-op, using Co-op manager under "Power Tools". It's easy to just follow the directions. Once you've done this, let your downline know about your success, by telling them how many affiliates you received in a month and how these new affiliates are doing. Then, explain exactly how to do it, Step-By-Step.

2. Let them know that they will earn 100 VP just for setting up a Co-op, even if it's just for themselves. Tell them about hit tracking under Power Tools to follow how many PSA's were received from this co-op. The number will show up in their genealogy and at their hit tracker site every week. It automatically clears on Sundays.

3. Advertise a contest, giving away shares of your SBuilder Co-op to motivate downline achievements for reaching EA or EA2 status or higher. Let them know the key code (# of the co-op) so they can see where their new affiliate are coming from. Help these affiliates who share in your co-op to get their new affiliates going.

The best way to present the S-Builder co-op is to show the advantages it has over other co-ops. It should be understood that co-ops are used to spread the cost of advertising among members in lieu of shares based on participation. Members do not necessary receive equal shares but the idea is that the buying power of many can be leveraged to help those who otherwise would not be able to participate. Accordingly, paid advertising is the most responsive form of advertising and since most affiliates are cash strapped they can benefit from the buying power of the co-op since costs for ads are generally kept at a minimum.

So 1 advantage that the S-Builder has over any other ECA co-op is that the cost per share is going to remain $22/share for SFI affiliates who are W3 participants. Because the cost per share is usually controlled by how many participants there are in the co-op, other ECA co-ops may go up in cost per share. Not so, with the S-builder. Moreover, advertising platforms may change pricing and therefore cause an increase in share price. This is possible with the S-Builder but because SFI is so large any affiliate can leverage the buying power of the many which keeps ad costs a flat rate.

Finally, it should be noted that not only does the flat rate of the S-Builder co-op keep the cost of advertising low but also affiliates leverage low cost to grow their network business with minimal effort. There is no need to worry about monitoring ads, placing ads, negotiating costs, and all of the 1001 things that have to be done to run a successful promotion. Just must a minimal investment and watch your business grow practically on auto-pilot! The S-builder removes a lot of the guess work and hard work so affiliates can spend time on other aspects of the business and get more time freedom. My advice to SFI affiliates who want to introduce any SFI program to their down-lines is and has always been to lead by example. That is the best way to earn credibility in the eyes of the affiliates you are sponsoring.

Arising from that, to introduce S-Builder Co-op to your affiliates, you must not only know all there is to know about the Co-op, you must have bought into it yourself and have actually started to see the benefits live. That way, using your Leadership page, you can refer your affiliates to also take advantage of the Co-op to build their businesses. Make sure your Leadership page spells out in clear terms what the Co-op does for affiliates and how any affiliate can buy into it. If you already have a pleasant experience with it, recommend it very strongly to your sponsored affiliates. That to my mind is the best way to introduce S-Builder Co-op to your affiliates.

I don't profess to know everything there is about the S-Builder Co-Op but as a new affiliate I certainly can see the value of this product. One of the reasons I came to this conclusion is by understanding what I gain from investing in the Co-Op.

So, I would say one of the best ways to introduce it to your affiliates is to help them see "What's in it for them."

Here are just a few benefits as I see it:

1. The S-builder Co-op is like having another person working behind the scenes helping you build your business. It works even while you are busy with other things. It is focused on one thing; adding affiliates to your team.

2. Having the opportunity to buy shares of the Co-Op means you can participate in a level of advertising that you might not otherwise be able to afford.

3. You have a choice on the frequency of your investment - one time only, as a standing order, as you can afford it, or simply invest as you go. No obligation.

4. For a new affiliate it is a great way to start building your team while you learn the basics.

5. It establishes you as a serious contender for success in SFI. In order to build higher revenues you need to find others and help them succeed. The S-Builder Co-Op is another tool to help you do that.

As a sponsor, it is your responsibility to convince your downline the importance of having a Team to grow and become successful in the system along with other factors.

In most of the cases, Affiliates won’t be able to recruit or enroll themselves anyone due to various factors, in such cases, after observing their progress for a few months, it is for you to take up the matter and narrate the exclusive benefits of being an S-Builder Co-Op. Subscriber.

I am sure, at first, they will be reluctant to the idea of spending money on something which they never heard of before but if you can explain to them the goodness of it without intimidating and its long lasting benefits, why not, they will be fully willing to have at least one pack of S-Builder to start with. Please do remember, by subscribing to S-Builder, they are not only getting PSAs but also PRMs, indeed a double happiness by all means.

I believe the best way to do it is the way that my sponsor did it for me - I believe it was perfect!!!

What he did for me was allow me to be incentivized to do great work. When I became EA, he responded by saying that if I did it again next month, he would buy me some PSA's... I liked that, so I did it again next month.

He incentivized me again and I did it again; while I was actually receiving affiliates from S-Builder. I loved it.

Long story short... I realized that if I am getting a few affiliates from him, I could double my efforts by purchasing shares of S-Builder for myself... Bingo!!! My growth started happening more quickly and I am now seeing results. I LOVED this...

I would say that the best way for introducing S-Builder Co-op to your team members would be to wait until they at least reach the Executive Affiliate status. The first thing to do when they join SFI would be to teach them the basics and also tell them to read the SFI Basics as well as the SFI Launchpad. It will tell them more about building a team. That might inspire them to want to learn more about the S-Builder.

In order to understand what you're doing, you have to be able to understand how things work fully before you buy into it. Buying an S-Builder is optional, but necessary if you want to build your team without using free advertisements until you eventually learn how to get your own members. It's also a good look on your profile after you buy it too. You'll encourage others that way.

I would mention it again, right after they become an EA first. You can succeed here, but you succeed more if you build a team here. Good luck with everything.

Quite a number of our affiliates are new to this kind of business. They are also new to promotional/advertising work, new to recruiting, team building and online business. A number of them are also limited financially and are therefore reluctant to spend money on something new and foreign to them.

You therefore need to be strategic about how you introduce S Builder Co-ops.

I would recommend the following steps:

1. Become an S Builder Co-op purchaser yourself and your banner will be displayed for all your team members to see.

2. If you can make it one of the items on your Standing Order, thats even better.

3. Gradually talk to your team about the need to recruit others, to build their own teams of affiliates and the benefits of doing so. You can tell them the various ways of going about recruiting - advertising themselves, bidding at TC auctions for PSAs and CSAs, purchasing recruiting products such as S Builder Co-ops. The bold and bright members will pick up on this and purchase the S Builder Co-ops immediately.

4. You can also promote S Builder co-op units directly to your affiliates. Tell them how it has worked for you, some of them may have been recruited via the S Builder co-op units. Tell them how many of your affiliates were recruited that way say in the last 3 months. Promote it on your Leadership page. Talk about them in your Streams and Newsletters.

5. If there are no takers then you could also offer to go halves or shares in the cost of S Builder Co-op units. A member could purchase a unit & pay for it himself and then you can refund half the cost to the member on proof of the order. Your affiliate will get all the new signups at half the price of the S Builder Co-op unit. You will get the flow on benefits from their earnings and if your affiliate opts out of SFI, all his affiliates will revert to his upline - you.

6. You can also use the S Builder Co-op units as rewards and incentives for achievements or use it as a prize for a contest. Whatever you do here, make sure that you tell everyone of the outcome. Acknowledge and praise those to whom the units are awarded.

This will obviously be a continuing exercise as new affiliates join your team.

The aim here is to create an environment where it is standard and normal to purchase S Builder Co-op units to help with recruiting.
