I think the competition for us Dowlin makes sense if you organize the levels .. Not all of PSA in the same type of competition. Because in this case I think the competition has the opposite effect especially to new members, which is the motivation and encouragement needed most. Ondata seems to have set the task: How much is the x in x +5 = 10? children who do not yet know how to add and children who are already 8 years in school. Who will be the winner in this competition? In my opinion some of the benefits of organizing an online contest for say those with the most accumulated VPs in a month or in a quarter : the most signups and PSAs in 1 month :Those who achieve EA2 or EA6 : team leaders with the most EA2 and so on .for my down line can motivate and encourage and spur them to roll up your sleeves and put in the necessary share of their duplication efforts as well

I like organizing contests for my team because it shares the excitement of this wonderful opportunity. To set a target and meet it by a deadline is satisfaction enough for many of us but to share that and reward even in a small way with our team is surely something positive and worthwhile.
You question itself has given a very good Idea to have a contest for down lines.
By sowing so you will have a good benefit of commissions and versa points as well.

Greate question team, there is a lot of benefits on your business grow if you are organizing a contest for your downline.. its help your team strong and the contest give positive impression on their mind motivate and they work hard to be positive to settled their dream business strong beggining. Eventually us a contest organizer you have the obligation to take action on your contest posible true your downline successful..
I personally do not see any great benefits. Perhaps, it would have effect if I could give valuable prizes (for example 100$ in cash) to my PSA, for recruiting at least 3EA2. If the rewards are small, and they usually are, it's just fun for my PSA-s.
I know everyone like to get something for free, but only bringing new EA2 gives results and earnings.
I personally won a prize from my sponsors, but it did not help me to recruit new EA2. I have to continue to work on my own but that's business.

I was a part of several contests that my up-line members organized.
From my experience, I know I was trying real hard to get into first few places..was working much more because I wanted to win..at the end I won and received a really nice prize, and I must tell you that that boosted my confidence!!
I was really happy to win, but also it is nice when you know that there are people here who are welling to help you even to reward you for your hard work!!
