It depends on your needs - if you're having problems with performing or understanding a task at your to-do list, for example, by all means communicate with your sponsor and co-sponsor, as soon as you can and as often as you need to.

If you want advice on other aspects of your business, your sponsor and co-sponsor will only be too happy to hear from you any time during the day or week because you're showing them your commitment, dedication and willingness to seek advise and learn from them.

One of the responsibilities of a Sponsor and Co-Sponsor is to provide leadership, assistance and guidance to affiliates in their team. So whenever you need help or guidance from your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, do contact them. No doubt there are other channels that we can get information from with regards to SFI but I find that answers from my Sponsor or Co-Sponsor are more personal as they relate to their experiences in SFI.

If you have no questions for your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, updating

Hello Abraham,

I don't know what is your relation with your sponsor, but I tel you my experience, both as sponsor and as PSA.

Like sponsor, my PSAs are my kids in SFI, I have a good relation with most of them, I am their friend, I know their problems, we comunicate all day long, not just for SFI problem. We build together a great team. They have my phone number, my skype ID, they can call me whenever they need my help or my advice, or just for say "Hello".

Anytime you need help that's what your upline is for. I'd keep it reasonable because I don't think anyone likes to get swamped daily with concerns because many of us have a lot of PSA's and CSA's to encourage. I think anyone in your upline who takes a real interest in this business will help you whenever you contact them.

You might choose to alternate, rather than contacting the same person every time. Or send the same question to more than one person to gain different perspectives. It

Greetings Abraham!

The answer on your question is simple!
More help you need, more questions you will ask your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor!
More questions you ask, more often your communication gets!

As for new sign ups before they get well trained by well organized SFI trainig tools,
their communication should be very often. But after they get in touch with the knowledge about SFI business the comunication will decrease cause those who know the business they don't

This may sound too simple an answer, but I believe that it is correct - whenever you need to!

The purpose of a sponsor and co-sponsor is to help you with your questions. This benefits them AND you.

Some people are very independent and like to do things on their own, while others like a little guidance until they have a grasp on things.

Need an answer - don't hesitate to ask!

Communication, or getting your message across is one of the essential keys to success in SFI. Therefore, it is imperative that you communicate with both your sponsor and co-sponsor. Your sponsor should be your first line of communication. Effective communication can help you solve problems and improve the way others see you. It can also improve the way you see yourself and help to increase your self confidence.

How often would really depend on your need for assistance. In communicating,

Hello,

It is interesting question and very easy to answer.

My advice to you is to communicate with yours Sponsor and Co-sponsor as much as you need to. Once a week, once a day, or whenever it is necessary.
Believe me; they will be happy if you do such, because there is not so much affiliates who are ready to learn and to work hard.
Yours communication and asking questions will be some kind of a signal that you’re very perspective affiliate.
It is in mutually

Hello,

In regards to how often you should communicate with your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor, I would say it's best to communicate like once a week with them if you are just get started in SFI. But as you dig into SFI more and more and start to understand things better, I would say the communication would grow less and less. Maybe like once a month as you start to understand things more.

But once a week is good too just to check for anything as far as new updates and advice on situations.

My answer will be based on my own experience. When I was just started here in SFI way back 13 months ago, I really don't know how to do this business. At first I did not understand how the system works and I thought it's very complicated here.

I received a message from my sponsor where to start. So, I followed the steps one by one. It was a great help because it was a guide for me to do my daily tasks. I tried to learn it on my own but there where things and terminologies that I did not
