I dont think there is any clear, cut, straight foward answer to this question. The number of times an affiliate contacts his or her sponsor or co-sponsor is usually dependent on the level of their assimilation/understanding of What SFI is all about.
Some 'get it'faster than others therefore need less directions.
That said you should not hesitate to contact your sponsor or co-sponsor as the case may be, when the need arises.
It depend from realistic needs. During the training process probably there are a different questions needed to be answered, for expamle: how to do, where to find something.. A lot of answers are available at the SFI application.
Considering that sponsor and co-sponsor have financial benefits and support responsibilities of the affiliate to whom he/she is assigned, should not hesitate to contact them if there are realistic need to answer your question or advise how to work.
I believe that this question can be answered a number of different ways; however, there is one answer that continually stands out to me. How often to stay in contact with your leaders....?
The answer is as often as it takes for you to understand the program. That means... if it takes you everyday to understand the program - stay in contact everyday. If it takes once a month...
I would hope each affiliate would feel like they could contact there sponsor/co-sponsor anytime they need help. The answer is as often as you need to. Some folks will need a lot of questions answered while others will need none. To all affiliates, every successful SFI business has a lot of communication going on.
AT the beginning of this job, more often - better. But you should read a lot as a beginner, and as your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor concretely.
As soon as you advance in this "job", the communication will be once or twice a week. And may be, your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor can learn something from you.

I think it should not be often.Sponsors like mine, there are a lot of PSA, he is very busy.Here's how I do it.Read, work assignments, literally snoop in your SFI account.
On the hand, I always have a pen and notebook,what you do not understand the records.
When a set of questions I contact him.I've never had a problem,I've always given him support.The more you read and learn, there is less need for his help.When I started working in SFI that was almost every other day, now it's moved to a monthly contact.

Your question is interesting and about I must refer that there is a temporal way to communicate with your sponsor or with your co-sponsors.
There is probably a degree of harmony with the opline and this depends on the results you want to achieve and how much you believe in what you do.
I try to explain, if your enthusiasm is positive and the advice that you request are valid, the relationship with your superior is a spontaneous, so every time you have a problem, the interest of maintaining good relations is mutual. In other words, your success is also theirs.

you can contact him or her so often you need.... every time you need help ... that can be one time in a month or two hundred time ... and you can also ask another people for help via A2A or in forum ... if you have a good sponsor and co/sponsor its better for you that you talk to them so often you can .... and learn what to do and how to do to make a profitable biznis on SFI and TC
