If you have a large team and have affiliates in different countries, and now have "Aces" who are on their way to being Team Leaders, people who you are mentoring, then that is when you can consider reassigning your own PSAs under them.

You probably don't need to worry about putting specific PSAs under a leader of their nationality until a way down the line, when you have sponsored a Leader in that country and have a surplus of PSAs from there.

Dear Marjorie,
May be, but it is not absolutely necessary.
Its is a good idea. But not the best.
The good idea is only in the following case:
* If the assigned member starts performing well under the new mentor in view of language or national proximity

I transferred one member from US who was very active but had a habit of cross solicitation to others including me (his upline). I warned him that its not permitted in SFI, still he continued. So I re-assigned him to one

It would depend on what you wish to accomplish. You should do what is best for your team. If you have several PSA's from the same country and one of them is doing very well but the others are not then by all means reassign as many of them as you wish. Once reassigned maybe a few will take off and become successful. You should keep the desired number(5)of your top performers directly under you.

Once you develop a good correspondence and relationship with them, I don't see why you should have to reassign to anyone. One goal of having affiliates is to get them to trust and depend on you. If you are the initial sponsor, you should continue to develop them as friends in the business. Then, you can ask them how they feel about being reassigned. I would never do something even as seemingly harmless as reassigning an affiliate to anyone without the affiliate's input.

It is a good idea IF the PSA is struggling with his or her English and reassigning them to their own language speaker will definitly help them to progress in SFI. We do understand same culture and same mentality background is much easier than trying to master a secomd language if one is not too good at that. It is better to help them by giving then their own countries helpers-

All the best.

If the affiliate is from a different country and new, and if you have already a established affiliate in your network, then you can inform the new affiliate about the availability of the support locally from this affiliate and take there consent, if so wish you can transfer them, so that they can work together and be a good team.

It depends. If the language barrier is a problem then yes, I would re-assign them.
There is nothing worse than wasted potential and if a team member can't get on because they don't properly understand you then it is up to you to give them the best possible chance of success! Remember, you will still get a benefit from this (matching VP etc)

Very good question!

I believe that this is a very good idea, your PSA will be able to communicate in their own language and that which it will reassign it to him most likely be able to help not only advice but also in all other forms of assistance because they are physically much closer. A great plan anyway....

Best regards

Hi Marjorie,

Definitely it is a good if aim is good.

Not only for collecting 5 VP but also for your success through your PSAs success.

That means if the transfer is for the progress of that PSA that is good.

The transferring PSA should be active, at least signing in regularly.

It will resolve the language issue and all of you can grow an escalating level in SFI as a good team.

Good luck
