Yes I agree and I usually seem to go nowhere with the PSAs who have language Barriers.
Communication is vital between sponsor and affiliate and if you don't have a clue what their queries are, how are you going to them what to do.
Some don't even speak English at all and thAt is the only means of communication.
Many a times I have lost PSas to communication and I felt bad not understanding them, it is really frustration And demotivating for your PSAs.
Do yourself a favor and your

I often do this to strengthen communications as there are times when it is good to be in the same time zone or even country with fewer issues of translating between languages and cultures. I sometimes think I am wrong to group and reassign by countries as there then seems to be tension about competition.

That is easily answered IF they talk about it because I know that even though ill health restricts me to my house I can use online facilities to compete with any affiliate in any country

This is a very interesting question. I am inclined to believe that the “someone” you are referring to here is a Sponsor. If so, it needs to be said loud and clear that PSAs are human beings who have their own feelings and sensibilities. Therefore, you can only reassign a PSA to a Sponsor in her own country if you sincerely believe that the PSA will not mind your action. If however you feel strongly that they would mind being so reassigned, it is advisable that you should not go ahead to reassign

Yeah Reassignment always helps to boost your downline. Say your new PSA don't know English and you don't know his language then it will be a bid problem to talk with each other. If you have a PSA who is from the same country then it will be beneficial for both. Another thing is that if you reassign a PSA to your PSA of the same country then as his Sponsor your PSA will contact him via phone or personally. It will help your new PSA to understand this business more easily. It will boost your team members

Definitely. There are numerous advantages for you to reassign your PSAs to those Affiliates who are in the same country.

- Communication is must faster, there are likely to be fewer language barriers and no time differences;

- You can have a coffee meeting to discuss the business if you are in the same town;

- Being in the same country enables you to understand the difficulties better and therefore come up with solutions that will not only benefit one person but

Of course, there's nothing wrong with this, in this movement's sponsor! On the contrary, the person who gets a new member in his group, obviously, if active in SFI, not only will feel aid, sponsor, but will increase in number, will strengthen his own group to work with and, unflinchingly say will help, in turn, the sponsor group becomes stronger, MAy active more congealed, more unified I mean!
I do this and not sorry!
The new sponsor must be very careful and build an atmosphere

Hi, you know that having PSAs are very important to your business. If you are a leader and your affiliate become EA2, you'll get maching VPs from them. Same as your affiliate, if they become leaders and their PSAs become EA2, they'll get the maching VPs too.

If you see the Benefits Chart...some leaders get VPs matching from 6-12levels depending on their rank. So, if you want to assign your PSAs to any leader from the same country that still under your level, you still get the matching

Yes and no! It will definitely be a help if you can communicate with your uplines especially Sponsors in your own country. The typical characteristics of the region can be better understood and made clear.

However, you are after all venturing into an international business and why one needs to restrict his business to one's own country? It doesn't seem to be a great idea in that sense. In case of language incompatibility, you can always use the translation facility.

However,

It can be a good idea to reassign your PSA to someone in their own country. Persons in the same country usually speak the same language and are aware of the culture of that country. Hence it will be much easier to communicate with each other.

It is however important to ensure that this person is committed to SFI and will do all in his power to ensure that this affiliate will continue on the path to success. You do not want your PSA to opt out or give up on SFI because their newly reassigned

There are two times I believe that it is better to reassign...

1. Reasign if your affiliate is simply having a difficult time and you believe that part of that problem is that your "time zone" keeps them from having live conversations with your affiliates.

2. Reassign if your affiliates would "rather" have a local mentor; otherwise, there is NOTHING wrong with keeping them.
