There are different ranks in the leadership position in sfi. They are as follows,

i Bronze Team Leader ( BTL )

ii Silver Team Leader (STL)

iii Gold Team Leader ( GTL )

iv Platinum Team Leader ( PTL )

To easily qualify each month for the various ranks requires that one meets the VP needed to do so. The following some of the "secrets"

1. Place a standing Order 2000 VP

2. You get 100VP for any ECA you refer to list their products for .
at Tripleclick.

3. You receive between 100 VP for any of your PSA that achieves EA2

4. You receive 150 VP for any of your PSA that achieves BTL

5. You receive 200 VP for any of your PSA that achieves STL

6 You receive 250 VP for any of your PSA that achieves GTL

7. You receive 300 VP for any of your PSA that achieves PTL

8. You receive 1 VP per bid if you participate
at the auction and you are allowed a maximum bid of 500 which equals 500
VP monthly

9. You also get 10 VP for each gift card you distribute to prospects, to a
max of 300 VP per month.

10. Set up a co-op to receive 100 VP

11. Each product review you make you receive is 25 VP.

12. Submit your answer(s) to ASK SC and
most popular answer receives 100 VP; second most popular answer will
receive 50 VP and 25 VP for the third most popular answer.

13. You get 5 VP each for any of your PSA you reassign provided the PSA has
accumulated at least 600 VP in the last 90 days.

14. If you are lucky to win in the Daily Grand Drawing you may receive up 50
- 200 VP.


It is important to emphasize that it is not an over night thing. One would need to build a fairly large downline of active affiliates that would assist to elevate you to the next rank

There is no wild secret in it. An Affiliate can become an Executive Affiliate and then will become a Team Leader if you have proper planning and clear vision about it.


To achieve the success, goals to be set. Once you set your goals, then your determination and confidence will make it become achievable and with your sincere effort, you can make it a reality.


At the beginning of the month, if you set your goals in a right manner, you can achieve it so easily. Always try to become an Executive Affiliate at the start of the month with the help of your Standing Order or by any other means. Then set your respective goals and be determined to become a Team Leader. The difference between EA and TL is just 1500 (Action Points and Sales Points together) and out of which, you can accumulate 500 sales points by way of some purchases quite easily. For the remaining 1000 Action points, you will be able to generate majority of those by way of your daily/weekly/monthly free versa points. Now, the distance to the destination of TL is too small. You can collect the remaining action points through various ways quite comfotably. Yes, now you are a Team Leader. If you wish to move higher, you can but as I told you before, with proper planning and a clear vision at the beginning.


To achieve any level, don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve. If you are trying to achieve, there will be road blocks. I have had them, everybody has had them. But obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it or work around it.


Some achieve great success, that doesn’t mean that you can’t but it is a proof to all that others can achieve it as well.

Begin by building your business on a strong foundation. To assist you with getting started I found the following very helpful:

1. Carefully read the start page.
2. Complete your Profile, and upload a photo of yourself.
3. Read the four things you need to know in SFI Basics.
4. Earn 500 Versapoints within 24 hours after joining SFI and receive Fast Tracker Award.

There is no secret for qualifying for any rank each month. There is only the need for a plan of action. Your VP ledger is your best friend when it comes to qualifying for milestones. Every action that yields VP is listed on your VP ledger. So review your VP ledger 2 or 3 times per week if you are not certain that you are on track to achieving your milestone qualification.

Therefore, what milestone achievement would you like to achieve? Examine your VP ledger and then write down the actions that are required to achieve the milestone. Then communicate with your upline to learn ways of most effectively performing the actions that are necessary to achieve the VPs and so fulfill your milestone achievement.

In conclusion, the 'secret' is to know how to perform the actions efficiently so that the VP are accrued. If you desire to be a BTL, the compensation plan tells you that you need 3000 VPs. What the PSA then must do is work with their sponsor/upline/A2A/support to map out the exact steps you will take to achieve the goal.

Hi Abdul,

I don't think that there is a quick way to ensure TL rank each month. I believe that if you want to make TL each month that you really need to have a team working with you.

It is this team that will help you get to TL each month providing you work with them and encourage them to also build a team and at least earn EA each month.

SFI is designed so that you can't keep buying your way to TL. You might do this once or twice but will soon discover that this is not cost effective.

So the secret is...........build a team and encourage them to do the same.

This is the chart I use to keep track of the VP I have earned and what I still need for the month and is the easiest way I know. The top part shows daily, weekly and monthly to-do items. The bottom part shows what I have that I can get VP from for January.

By doing the to-do items you will have 708 VP (without a standing order I would have 608 VP). To make EA2 I would only need 792 VP (892 VP without a standing order).
If I had a standing order for 1500 VP I wouldn't need any to reach EA.

To make BTL I need 3000 VP. With a standing order of 2000 and after the to-do items that leaves only 292 VP (without a standing order 392 VP) action points to get from the other activities at the bottom. You will probably have some different items on your list to choose from.

These are all items on your ledger.

I think Becoming a Bronze team leader is the first step in learning duplication. There is no secret and it's not easy. The work begins here, DOING the to-do list. Consider the basics, becoming EA, and maintaining EA. When you are committed to making an investment every month of at least 1500 VP you are well on your way to becoming a Team Leader. Take the extra step and stretch your investment to 2000VP in purchases. All of your daily actions are important and you definitely want your team to duplicate these basic actions.

Like on the job training, becoming a Bronze Team Leader is more about learning what it takes to duplicate your actions and what actions are important to duplicate. Your standing order is a BIG PART of it and using the sponsoring methods for PSAs and PRMs are part of your leadership training. SFI begins sending you CSAs in your second month of being a Team Leader, and you will find that CSAs are a BIG PART OF YOUR TEAM. Sending out weekly mails, keeping up your leadership page and keeping track of your movers are all part of the learning curve, you will learn a lot from doing.

Follow the to-do list, seriously. Look at it closely, all of the steps are there. Each tab gives you tangible actions we must all take to grow and become leaders in SFI. The ones that make you a Bronze Team leader every month are in addition to just clicking your way through; participating in the pricebender auctions and purchasing $12 gift cards and giving them away are the only two extra actions you need to make Bronze every month; WITHER YOUR TEAM IS ACTIVE OR NOT, lead by example. The investment in Tcredits and gift cards alone is enough to satisfy your purchase and sales limit. If we find 5 people that are willing to duplicate this commitment, making silver and beyond and making money will not be far off.

Your training as a team leader begins with Bronze and continues through Platinum. We will never stop learning or growing and most likely your team will grow with you. Keep filling the funnel with prospects every way you can while you carry out leadership actions yourself. While you're a bronze team leader you will learn all you need to know about what is important to do and what you what duplicated. Lead by example.

This is an important question to qualify one self for the Team Leader or EA easily; because, this is the main target of every sfi affiliate for the every month.

There are basically two types of people in sfi

1. Who have much money to invest in the business or they like to invest money in their business. &
2. Who has not much money to invest or they want to take out maximum benefits from the business with little investment.

Firstly consider those persons, belong to group1.

I shall suggest them to do the followings

a) If the affiliates are new in the sfi they will get lot of free versa points available in the TO LIST page. They should just have to earn those free VPs. The sources of VPs are available in TODO List. They can easily qualify for Team Leader or EA earning those VP for the their first month in sfi.

b) Make a standing order of 1500 VP. Affiliate will get 1500 VP each month without doing any tasks in TO DO LIST and can qualify for the EA each month.

c) Subscribe IAHBE which will give 1500 VP to the subscriber and a complete guide which is needed to become a good team leader.

d) Buy PSAs from Tripleclicks .They will increase your earning and for every qualified EA2 one sponsor can get 100 VP


Now for the group 2.my suggestions are followings

a) For the first month it is an easy task to earn 1500 VP as I’ve stated above.

b) Try to recruit people in sfi from your first month in the sfi ,so that you can get those 100 VP for every affiliate who will achieve the EA2 rank. If they earn BTL,STL,GTL,PTL status then you will get150,200,250,300 VP respectively for the each qualified PSA .This will surely help you to achieve 1500VP for the next months.

c) Recruit ECA from your local areas to earn immediate 100VP.If you can refer 15 ECA to the Tripleclicks in one month you will get 1500VP and you will qualify for the EA.

d) Sell your unwanted stuffs through tripleclicks and earn money .With this money make your purchases at tripleclicks and earn VP for every purchase.

e)If you have little money try to purchase 1 or 2 TCredit regularly The cost of 1TCredit is $1.99 .Purchasing of 1 TCredit gives 102 VPs. That is why if one purchases 15 VP in this way in a month, he/she can earn a total of 1530VP.

I am not saying that you should have to purchase 15TCredit.But try to purchase as much as possible. Similarly I am not instructing to recruit exactly 15 ECA, but try as many as you can.

I can say with plenty of confidence that there is no secret for easily qualifying as Team Leader each month in SFI. All you need is hard work and a good plan and you too can easily make TL monthly. That is where the big boys and the big girls in this business are so it is the place to be.

If you have a good plan in place, you can get 2000 VP monthly through sales alone. Thereafter, if you manage to acquire additional 1000 VP action points, pronto you are already Bronze Team Leader, BTL for that month. Acquiring more action VPs takes you way up to STL, GTL and even PTL just like that. There is no secret.
