There is no hidden secret to become a Team Leader in each month. There are so many ways to advance your Rank as a Team Leader. If you put some effective efforts and take some important actions, it is not impossible to hold your Team Leader Rank each month

1) Log daily to your SFI homepage to complete daily, weekly, monthly and intermediate actions

2) Make a Standing Order to get 1500 Sales VP preferably 125 T-Credits

3) Join Wave3 to get 5 T-Credits and 50 MRPs free in each month

4) Use your T-Credits to bid in 2X auctions to get 1 Action VP and 10 MRPS per bid. You are eligible to get up to 500 Action VP in each month

5) Buy T-Credits with your accumulated MRPs to fulfill your Sales VP

6) To increase your T-Credits for bidding in auction participate daily to Pick the Price Contest in TripleClicks auctions to guess the wining price. If your guess price is closet to wining price you will get 25-100 free T-Credits. Enter hourly to TripleClicks T-Time to get 2 free T-Credits daily

I do not know if there is a secret to qualify for the rank of Team Leader. But I can tell you it is not easy if you do not take this business very seriously.

My own experience is a bit unique, since I live in a country that has closed the exchange market to people in general and only allows very specific operations related to the health of people.

Credit cards do not qualify for a Standing Order and if you did, you are taxed at 20%.

All my purchases were done through LocalPay cash resources.

However, once commented the context where every month I try to reach my condition of Team Leader, I tell you how I do it.

I do my daily tasks every day on my To-Do -List and red tabs.

This gives me a total of (11x30) + (38x4) = 330 +152 = 482 Action VersaPoints

Buy 200 TCredits giving me VersaPoints 1661 (sales) and 72 MRP’s. I participate in 2X auctions at Pricebenders and get 200 Action VersaPoints and 2000 MRP's.

So far I have:

- 1661 VersaPoints (sales)
- 682 VersaPoints (action)
- 2072 MRP's


With 2072 MRP’s I buy 1TCredit x 16, and again go to 2x auctions.

So I get 16 Action VersaPoints and 1632 VersaPoints (sales) and 160 MRP’s buy another 1 TCredit and get 1 Action VersaPoint and 102 VersaPoints (sales)

As I got the VersaPoints sales, now I concentrate only on the points of action to reach BTL.

I have 699 action VersaPoints

I buy 30 TripleClicks Digital Gift Cards and distribute them, this gives me 300 action VersaPoints (10 VP each card).

At this time I earned 999 action points and still have to earn 1 VP more.

As we all do, play on all T-Time Prizes Drawing and generally earn about five times a month or more and from there get the VersaPoint I lack.

Searching VersaPoint and knowing that it depends on my ranking, I generated a great excitement.

Finally I get my range of Team Leader, I have often been lucky in the Pick-The-Price contests and I did things easiest.

It's important to understand that you want to minimize your time and effort. The first step is to set up a Standing Order for no less than 1500 VersaPoints every month. Once this is in place you will then need to make the next jump with will be about another 1,000 action VP.

Keep in mind you cannot pay your way to Team Leader. However, you can buy products that will allow you to earn the action VP required to make this level.

Earn 300VP or more a month simply by completing the red tabs every day.

Answer questions on Ask SC for a chance to win VP.

It's important to log in every day and do as much you can in every area of the site where you can earn action VP.

I highly recommend buying a pack of 30 Gift Cards and distributing them because you will earn 10 VP for each card distributed which will give you another 300 action VP.

Have as much ACTIVE FIRST GENERATION PSAs as you could.

Each first generation PSAs (those who are directly under your sponsorship) will bring you 100 VersaPoints everytime they qualify as Executive Affiliates, 150 VersaPoints if they turned into Bronze Team Leader, 200 VersaPoints when they become Silver Team Leader, 250 VersaPoints when they become Gold Team Leader and 300 VersaPoints when they become Platinum Team Leader.

Before you can qualify to the rank of Team Leader each month, you have to work hard. Perhaps spend a little amount of money at the beginning. If you have some money to spend, I recommend spending it here at TripleClicks. You can buy PSAs from accredited ECAs, buy S-Builder Coop Units, buy TCredits you can use for bidding at auctions offering PSAs and more. In other words, build your team. Make it grow each day.

SFI is telling us to find at least five (5) top caliber PSAs (First Generation). If you could find more, you could easily qualify to the ranks of Team Leader each month.

Dear Abdul

There is NO Secret, magic wand or Holy grail to easily qualify for the Team Leader each Month. I have looked at your badge wall and noticed you are an EA leader with a standing order of 1500 VP for two months now. That already in itself partly answers your question. What did you do to achieve that position? Keep doing that. So what will you do to maintain it and go higher than that then is the question to ask yourself.

Quite frankly you have to work it. You can't afford to baby seat your business even for once. What I know is that every successful team leader here at SFI works their business hard with diligence. You may find these tips useful

1. Define Your Work Plan
How much time can you set aside daily to attend to your business? Do you realize that missing even a single day of working your business deprives you of good 11 VP or more? That difference in 11 VP can knock you out of your class competition.

2. Define What Level of Leadership You would like to Attain and maintain Monthly
If you are short of funds then using your time wisely by logging in every single day and getting your tasks done will contribute to helping you easily maintain an EA rank. Alternatively you could simply set up a SO at TripleClicks of 1500VP as you have done and you are good to go.

3. Duplicate Yourself
Duplication is the real key to your success here at SFI. I know of many PTL's who are earning big only from duplication. For purposes of earning matching VP from your team leaders who you teach to do as you do, duplication is the best way to go. Earning VP becomes easy when you duplicate yourself.

4. Distribute both the Digital and the physical Gift cards
If you have a website there are many methods you can leverage on to distribute the digital cards. If you don't the Physical card option is still great. Each of these cards successfully distributed guarantees you 10 VP up to a max of 300VP/month. These points will help maintain your leadership ranks.

5. For every TC product you purchase you get to review that particular product once and you get to earn 25VP. Let's say you purchased 5 TC products in a month. You have 125 VP added into your ledger just like that and it's good for your Executive pool commissions and maintaining leadership rank.

6. Keep logging in daily and doing your Daily, Weekly and monthly Actions. Like I previously mentioned it is fundamentally important that you collect these FREE daily points not only for the reason that you might be financially challenged but because missing doing them could make or break or leadership level as well depending on which one your aiming at.

7. Lastly, if a little extra money permits try bidding at the PB Auctions. Every time you bid you not only get 1 VP/bid but you also get either 5 MRP or double MRP depending on the auction type. You would be wiser going for the double MRP bids because even if you lose the auction you can use the MRP to purchase any product of choice from TC or purchase Tcredits. Each 1 of those Tcredits will cost you 126 MRP but you get rewarded with 102 VP after the purchase which is an absolute WIN WIN.

There are many methods and ways to stay afloat as a TL. I am confident the above will help you keep going.

Log in to SFI every single day.

Hello,

I think I'm competent to answer this question because I have maintained my BTL status consistently since I joined SFI. I have confirmed my Team Leader status for 2 months and the 3rd months confirmation shouldn't pose any problem to me.

I will divide my answer into two to cover both old and new affiliates.

1. For new Affiliates
Upon sign up, every new affiliate is given a little above 3000 free VPs, all of which are action VPs. In my first month here, I leveraged on my free action VPs to make team leader. What I did was to purchase 125 TCredits pack standing order. That purchase give me 1500 VP. I got my other 1500 VPs from my daily To Do list, 600 VP from E360 contest and got some from my "getting started actions"

You can see that I become a team leader without talking much of my free VPs. They are still intact even right now and I hope to use them to qualify for my BTL status in my third month while I continue to build my team.

2. For old affiliates
Team leadership is beneficial to those who have an active team of EA2 and above. For every EA2 in your team who qualify, you get 100 VP, for BTL you get 150 VP and so on. If for instance you are able to get 5 active PSAs who make EA2 every month, you get 500 action VP. With your daily, weekly and monthly task. Remember what you need is just a minimum 1000 action points which is not that easy to come about. You can play the auctions to make your action VPs.

This method is not particularly easy because you may have to spend a lot more to keep your team lead status. I will briefly talk about the easiest of method to easily qualify each month below.

3. The easiest way to qualify is obviously to sponsor a great number of active PSAs who make EA2 and above. This involves a long term plan of action. There is no way you are going to build a large downline of active PSAs unless you are like Mr Boris J, who I learnt sponsored a large team under one year!

To conclude, I have enumerated 3 ways to keep qualify for team leader each month. The first 2 method is somewhat for the "short term" without an active team and the 3 way which is to build and active downline is the easiest way to easily qualify each month as a team leader which involves a long term approach.

Seriously speaking, my answer would be like this:

1. Build your downline

If you follow these 3 easy steps, your advancement in ranks will be only a matter of time.

Why, do you think, the 3 basic steps involve recruitment of 5 ACTIVE affiliates? Simply because when they become EA2, you're awarded 100 VPs for each of them. That's 500 VPs in total.

Standing Ordert = 1500 VPs (sales)
5 x 1 TCredits = 510 VPs (sales)
TO-DO LIST = 497 VPs (action)
5 x EA2 PSAs = 500 VPs (action)
3 TCredits spend on any auction = 3 VPs (action)

Total = 2010 Sales + 1000 Action = 3000 VPs = BTL (the 10 Sales VPs are disregarded for qualification)

Plus, of course, you can participate in all possible SFI contests, write Ask SC answers and hope to get some extra Action VPs this way, too.

This is a little tricky and there is likely to be dispute over this issue.

The blunt and easy answer would be…

1. Money. You need money to advance faster.
2. Frequent really good advertising – attracting a lot of hits to your links.
3. Clever delegation of your PSA’s.
4. Get them to recruit more PSA’s in the same fashion, by assisting them with their
ads (ensuring they are professional, polished and refreshingly different).
4. Keep a close eye on this, monitor it all daily
5. Inspire your team to work hard for you, by creating incentives, like prizes.
Cash speaks volumes. We are all in this to make money.
6. Lavish praise and recognition for achievements.
7. Time would be of huge advantage, if you could devote enough of it.

Investing money in SFI will get you ahead by:-

* buying T Credits
* bidding in the auctions
* getting the standing order
* buying products on TripleClicks
* buying subscription to IHABE
* Getting the Payoneer card
* Buying Co-ops
* Buying gift cards and certificates

Forgive me if I may have left out a few things, but all of the above will earn you substantial VP and MRP down the line.
This advances you pretty rapidly, since we all know the system is about getting those VP's and moving up the ranks.
The higher you go, the more you earn.
Naturally, the higher you go, the harder it gets, and the more you rely on your downline to keep performing.

This is why Team leaders get very excited when their downline performs well, since benefits largely come in the form of spill off commissions.

In summary:

From what I can see (in my second month, having formed a fairly good grasp of how the system operates) it is clear to me that you can advance much faster if you can invest money in SFI - however, many new members are not in this position and it's extremely frustrating. I cannot see a fast way to advance unless you can invest.
Very few of us have such extraordinarily good fortune to keep winning – especially when the numbers grow daily, and the competition gets stiffer.
