SFI is the best mentor to start with, because of all the training that they provide. We, however, do have to do the work of getting trained.
After that, there are our own up-lines, A2A friends, and the forum.
This being a worldwide business, our own up-line may not have the answers we need, because they live in a different country with different challenges. Sometimes, our upline is not building their business at the same rate that we are, and cannot answer our questions.
With A2A, we can search for people from our own country, who have more experience than we do, and have the same goals that we have. We can ask to be an A2A friend with them, and they will usually have more relevant help for us. Most are very willing to help.
And then there is the forum. There are many answers already available on the forum, because other people have already asked. On the forum, we can also ask a question, and get a lot of input that can help us. Plus, the forum is monitored by SFI, so sometimes the help we get will come from Gery, himself. (Which is very cool.)
When we have gained a little experience, we are then the ones who become the mentors. We become the example we want our team to follow. And when we do that, our business really starts to grow.
Hope this helps.
