Adding images in your Stream and Leadership Page blog show that you are a professional.

Some affiliates do not read but are attracted to images of what they see.

Images is a tool that can convey knowledge and information at any intellectual level. Same true as an abstract. It can convey beautiful results to the viewers.

Just like in duplication, you as a professional team leader. You can be duplicated by your downline as an image by example.

I really like this tool as you can use it to help your team by uploading an image to help explain what you are trying to actually say. As there are so many visual learners out there and I am one. Not to mention the language barrier.

I also use it on my leadership page. I use it with my Lightshot, Simply click on the Lightshot tool and select area and "save" and then go to the image tool and upload the item that I saved to computer and then share!

How to use the new image feature in the Streams....
I personally like to upload inspirational quotes. I have several in my saved picture file, but you can search for them through a search engine of your choice. Simply search for "Encouraging Quotes"
or "Inspirational Messages" There will be many to choose from. I right click and "save image as"
in a folder on my laptop in the pictures tab. I can then upload one that I like for that day.
There are so many cute photos with encouraging messages.

What are all the advantages of adding images in communication?

1. Correct and eye catchy images with relevant information can attract & draw the attention of people quickly;

2. It can help people in remembering the information thus presented, for a long time;

3. They can create more understanding of the subject and can result in more contributive dialogs;

4. The message can reach people pretty fast.

5. The impact will be very good.

We are fully aware that SFI has been consistently making changes on a regular basis to make the system more user friendly for its members. The tool provided to up load images is one such facility by which all the benefits of visual communication can be achieved, when used efficiently.

There are so many Clip Art Pages depicting countless images with messages that can go well with any given situation. Same way, there are Digital Cards available in plenty free of cost, which if used correctly can emotionally move people towards the person who sends it.

We can also create our own photographs or images with personal messages which can be shared with our Team Members.

SFI keeps creating lot of E-Cards which can be used effectively to encourage our Team Members.
Let us assume the following situations in SFI Business:

1. When an affiliate joins our Team, a “Welcome Card” or a “Congratulations Card” or an “I am Excited” Card when sent, will pave the way for easy communication subsequently. It can create joy in the mind of the recipient.

2. When one of the affiliates moves to the next level, an appropriate E-Card will encourage the person to perform better in the coming months;

3. When the affiliate wins in any Contest including EZ Games, Daily Grand, etc an E-Card with a personally created message will double his/her happiness;

4. SFI keeps posting important announcements very often. Most of the times, many affiliates failed to read them. One of the main reasons could be, the messages reach their spam folder and they do not take note of them. When you post the announcement links in your Stream Message with an appropriate image or photograph it can catch your team member’s attention and in all probability they will read them.

5. Like these, depending upon the situation, a correctly chosen image with a clear message when posted in the Stream, will reach the members quickly and its impact will be immeasurable;

6. As for as your Leadership Blog, keep posting interesting tips that can help in growing the business or create contests for your affiliates and post details including the Awards or provide details of very good products available in TripleClicks. Where ever possible, please insert attractive pictures. Then, provide the link in your Stream Messages. This way your blog posts can attract more visits by your down line.

Using the new feature legally and ethically would be the first things to think about.

One should always set a good example when supporting one's SFI team, and using images in an illegal or unethical way is no example you would want to set.

1. Be sure to add only photos or images that you:

- have taken or created yourself
- have permission to use
- are not copyright to somebody else or to another site

2. Be aware that simply using a photo from a website and crediting the source does not mean that it's okay to have used that photo.

3. Be aware that photos you find in Google Image Search results are only there because they are on a website somebody owns - don't use the image directly from Google Image Search results - visit the actual website and see what that site's or site's owner's rules are about using the photos you see on that site.

4. Use photos from Stock Photo Sites or from Image Libraries that are free to use, and that preferably do not require source crediting.

5. If there is an image on a site that you'd like to use that does not require source crediting, do not assume that all images on that site don't require source crediting. Check the usage licences and information about each photo or image you wish to use.

a) Use images that are related to what you say in your Stream post

b) Use screenshots of SFI website pages to emphasize what you are saying in your Stream post

d) Use an image editor to write words on a photo background or plain color background - words that you would normally type into the Stream field - this can help you make your words stand out more

and bond.Family pictures should only be placed only once.

As it is said, “A picture is equal to one thousand words”. As you must have noticed that the children learn fast in schools with the help of pictures. Similarly new affiliates are the children of SFI business and could be taught faster with the help of pictures.

But your question is how can you use the new feature of adding images in Stream Post, Blog posts in order to communicate better with your team?

For that, first of all download the required image in your PC or Laptop. Then while inserting image you need to click on ‘upload an image’ and insert the required image wherever needed. Practice will make you perfect.
