There are several ways of getting you inactive affiliates active but I will tell you some factors which also affected them and made them inactive.
Such factors includes:-
1. Lack of support from both their sponsors or co sponsors.
2. New into online affiliate marketing and doesn't know how the SFI model works.
3. Just joined out of curiousity and not serious about the business.
4. Financial constraint.
5. Language Barrier.
6. Individual is not hi tech swavy.
These are some of the challenges I have experienced with some of my downlines and I was able to tackle some of these factors.
First and formost, I would advice you work with those in your team who have shown you their drive. You can do that by either checking through your geneology or your movers list and send a mail to those active ones. The inactive ones, I would advise that you never give up on them unless they personally cancelled or the system churns them out. Some of their inactivity is due to language barrier and my advice for you is either to re assign to some active PSAs in your team that are from the same country with them, use google translators or exchange them in the CSA exchange pool.
Once we can effectively communicate with our downlines, we can now send them individual emails based on what we have seen in their individual VersaPoint Ledger. Drawing to their attention that you are always there to support them.
I support them sometimes by sending them some T credits if they have attained a particular threshold or milestone. I will also inform them about the importance of the little gift given to them and how it can help build their team. Looking at it, it creates a bit of activity and open communication between you and your PSAs.
SFI with its new innovations, I will draw their attention to the New Milestone shares and The Designated Diamond scheme letting them know that for every10 versa points they can get up to 18 milestone shares from the Tripleclicks Executive Pool on reaching a DTL in the Milestone Shares offer while working on THE PLAN becoming a Designated Diamond. This usually excites them as they would see the $200 signing bonus and Milestone Shares Bonus as incentives to work harder as it is currently working for me.
You can also set team contest within your team and make winning prize to be some PSAs which will help build their team. Looking at it as a win-win situation, as it creates alot of activites in the team as everyone in the contest would want some extra PSAs added to their team.
Another way to revive them is by checking their ledger steadily, sending them tips on how to gain more versa points and issuing out a gift certificate to assist them as their performance is hinged to ours as Sponsors / Co-sponsors.
