If any one can correctly read the minds of others many of humanity’s problems would have been solved very easily. Unfortunately, none of us have been bestowed with that power.
This is quite applicable to inactive affiliates in SFI business.
There are certain requirements like:
1. Every one should treat this as a serious business like any other business;
2. Every one should have patience, work regularly to a plan and be prepared to invest time if not money at a minimum level;
3. Every one should understand SFI Rules of Success clearly and should persevere until one wins with an attitude that, “I will not give up or quit no matter what”.
Unfortunately, many people neither understand this business concept clearly nor follow the above. The result is, most of them give up either after joining or within a very short period of time.
There are others who became inactive due to:
1. Lack of Family Member’s support;
2. Discouragement by close Friends & Relatives;
3. Inadequate financial situation;
4. Lack of time to do regular SFI activities;
5. Job constraints;
6. Other priorities in life;
If affiliates become inactive immediately after joining, it clearly shows that they registered with SFI just to earn few cents or credit points by clicking the advertisement and they are not keen to carry on with SFI.
If affiliates become inactive within few weeks of joining SFI it means that they are not so serious about this business.
Finally, if affiliates become inactive after few months it means they have their own, genuine reasons as explained. It does not mean they disliked SFI and stopped working.
In all these cases, the best thing is to:
1. Keep communicating with them at regular intervals without bombarding them with too many mails;
2. Keep providing them with SFI news up dates through Stream Messages;
3. Try to speak to some of them who promised much, with a reasonable amount of VersaPoints behind them;
4. Understand their situation & assist them;
5. Based on feed back, issue them Gift Certificates;
6. Offer incentives through transfer of T-Credits;
7. Reassign performing PSAs;
8. Share your achievements;
9. Refer them to Testimonials of successful affiliates;
After exhausting all these, remain with hope that some of them will become active once again. Beyond these, nothing can be done except keep building the Team with fresh sign ups and work with the active members within the team!
