On this focus, we must to consider first of all every SFI tools we have to welcome new Affiliates in an ideal way. The first one is our greetings message. We can prepare it to be sent automatically to all our new PSAs and CSAs, respectivelly using https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/NewAffiliateGreeting and https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/NewAffiliateGreeting?csa=true links.

After have improved first message welcome, we have then eCard welcome as a supplementary just useful tool. With that we must only complement our first message content. In greetings first message we must to introduce ourselves and the company in an objective way. Preferentially aligned with SFI improvements for newbies teachings. So in eCard we could add some practical matters on contact options, SFI special incentive programs like Fast-Track, Signing Bonus and Designated Diamond, our social network presence and related improvements and more according all we have done in structure to attend our team needs.

While drafting a text, difference between welcome letter and an E-card should be kept in mind. Generally E-cards are already loaded with main theme, lengthy details in it may lost attraction and a pleasant surprise of recipient. For a card I think few lines or even few words would suffice to convey your feelings. A welcoming letter to follow is best suited for a brief introduction of the organization and prospects for new members. Initially let the new member of SFI family be inquisitive about new venture, obviously you will get more chances to increase your interaction with him/her. I generally adopt following text:

These are activities that you should do every day when you log in to your account SFI, starting from the first day.
Perform daily tasks, until one (do not skip even one), and vote for the 30 responses to the ASC SC and enter the Daily grand (prize draw). You also have a game T Time you can play every hour (the drawing every hour). Also, once a week, do the weekly tasks that are available to you.

Also, finished in a timely manner (if not the first day then the next few days) all the Getting Started actions (initial action) from your TO DO list.
