We cannot pleased everyone but we can do lot of ways to make negative attitudes be corrected by way of refreshing and encouraging how amazing what the program is all about.
Do your part, let them know through sending letters, post a message and also encourage them to promote the good news about the program that we are all benefited and that their negatives side turns into positive one.
As we can't force anyone to believe in SFI all we can do is show them proof, I usually share different forum posts by our bronze, gold and platinum team leaders and people that has been with SFI for over two years because I believe that this is the best example for sponsors that has been with SFI less than a year ( because they might still be at EA2 )
I think that most people prefer seeing how others are doing after a long period of time , in order to imagine where they can be in a few years.

I think, to make the team to have an attitude popzitiv for SFI, we need a greater commitment. We must understand, maybe we start having difficulties with the way how the SFI.
But our job is to listen to someone, you see their complaints, which is a problem, we help you, guide you with an easier way to work. Should prove to yield a success, it should work, commitment and patience. We start every times seem tough, but in cooperation with SFI team, every time, no solution has sufficient information, for every angle. I think to bring a positive attitude about SFI in the team, the first thing we need to do is to convince yourself why you join and what is Sfi. We need you show you that SFI is a great company, which can be done more, just need dedication, commitment, patience and perseverance. And will help with our tireless work, the way to change the team, to have a positive attitude for SFI.

My tip would be to answer the questions that the Negative team members may have. I am assuming that if they are negative, they may not be asking any questions. All you can do is provide them with the facts and your opinion. In the end it will be up to them to either have a negative or a positive outlook on the SFI business.
Now, I wouldn't exhaust a lot of time on negative nay-sayers. Focus your attention to the team members that are genuinely asking and needing your guidance. Focus on the ones that want to make a difference and change their lives for the better.
