1)Many people suggest to use Google translate.

I would suggest you just try to translate some english sentences into non-english language you know and check whether it gives the same meaning. If satisfied then you suggest the use of Google translate to the persons of 'that' language. What I observed is Google translate is horrible with many languages particularly Indian languages because the style of sentence construction in different languages is very different . The ways to overcome the language barrier when trying to communicate are:

- Know the language of the person you are trying to communicate with;

- Choose a language translator e.g Google translator;

- Use simple and clear sentences in your communication;

- Always back check a translation before sending;

- If you have slow typing speed, restrict your communication to email;

- Be clear of your partners message before responding otherwise,

Hello

I think that only matter people which you can communicate with, are those who are your down line or up line, its only that sort of people matter here.

So if you are in position to reassign a member to one other member from your team who is on SAME language area as that member, that would be the BEST shot to merge those people and let them to communicate on their native language.

Other ways if u dont know that language or you dont have someone to help you, only

I suggest you keep Google Translate or another translator program open on the side (make it a split view). If you need to translate, copy and paste SMALL sections (e.g. a sentence) to the translator. If you need to reply in a foreign language type a sentence in the translator to translate, then copy and paste the translated text to where it it needed.

You can by trying this:

-Utilizing your reassignment tool: You must try to reassign those affiliates to those who speak the same language.

-Utilize your PSA/ CSA Exchange: This means that SFI gives you people/affiliates who understand your language. Then you must give out thosewho donpt understand your language to SFI for exchage. Do thr same thing jappens to all affiliates with the same problem. Perhaps some other affiliates may need those ones you do not need.

Yes SFI is a truly international company ,
The good way to communicate it I various way ,by sending emails to the person and explained in the way ,he or she can understand .
You can use the SFI interpretation to send to the person if he ose not know more of English
Let the person understand that is an international Company with over 2000 Countries

When communicating you some of the advert card ,also if there is time to sit together open the Internet let the person see

The very best way I have found to overcome the language barrier, is to translate my messages for them. If I feel that it is a very important message, I will compare several translators to get the best one for them.

I put the message in English and translate it, and then put the translated message into another or the same translator and see what comes as an explanation. The one closes to what I want to say is what I send them.

To overcome the language barrier, use the translator when sending them any kind of communication.

If you can, try to reassign them to someone who speaks their language.Better for everyone.

Also try to use simple words in your communication.These translate better.

Put up a blog to help your new people.Go to HTML extensions and add the translator to it.

Then add detailed simple posts on how to succeed at SFI.

That is a good question, but also an important one.

I do believe many has the same problem, but I must that English is an International language.
And, I also read in the rules, yes here at the answering rules all answers must be in English.

So, the affiliate(s) who does have a problem communicating should at lease try to contact their sponsor or the SFI help desk so they can receive help. Or, contact their sponsor self and try in their own little way to communicate let
