To utilize the DD program to build my team, at first, you have to understand that you must be at least eligible for EA2 before you can proceed for $200 signing up bonus , you have to ensure that you keep maintaining a minimum of 1500 VPs every month and must not go below the earned VPs . The PLAN ensure that PSAs invited are committed to work towards becoming Designated Diamond Program, thereby the DD program have to provide the officials with resources to work closely with PSA so that will not

The Designated Diamond Program is a great way to build your team, whether it is with new or existing PSAs.

First, come up with a benchmark that you think qualifies someone to receive an invitation. They need to be an EA2 (this is mandatory), but you set the standard after that. You might decide they need to have demonstrated a high level of commitment to their business, they need to have an SO, or whatever. The exact requirements are up to you. You need 5 to accept the invitation, take

First I will say to you this is not a give away program, so consider this a very prestigious program, and think about what you did to be invited.

Are those you are holding in consideration stable in their actions? This will mean they have a consistent track record of activity.

I would look at other

The best way to utilize the designated diamonds program to build your team is to not make any distinction between new PSAs and veteran PSAs. The purpose of the designated diamonds program is to provide the recipient with extra incentive to focus on the plan. Being new or old has nothing to do with commitment when it is inherent in your PSA.

That said, any strategy to reach the goal of the program will include the following:

1. Refer more TripleClicks members on a consistent

Hello Ritu
The SFI’s Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN – which prescribes five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.

Here it may take some time for the New affiliate to be recognized for DD program, but the older affiliates either would have proven their worth or would have shown their incapability to be inducted in New DD Program.

Here is how it works:

• Up to 10 invitations

The Designated Diamond Program is all about building your team so I believe there's only one strategy and that is to make your team as strong as possible. There are many different ways to this but my favorite is reassigning PSAs.

When you reassign PSAs to someone in your downline, you give him the opportunity to make his team stronger, which in return makes your team stronger. You can use reassignment as a reward so your older PSAs get more than your newer ones or your hardest working

Many of you will probably not agree with me on this.

First of all if I wanted to use the program I had better of had
experience as a Team Leader in this kind of business.

I should feel confident enough to help my new team affiliates.
Placing ads a bunch of places should be part of my daily
biz chores.

I should have a free co-op for active new affiliates.
Advertise it everywhere.

The best to utilize 'Designated Diamond Program' with the team is to work accordingly building up the structure as illustrate in 'The Diamond Plan'.

So, now we have had few categories..
New PSAs , Old PSAs , Our DD , and the Unactive ..

My strategies would be..
Work actively with our DD..
Share their every little success to other groups especially the New PSAs and Old PSAs, because they were actives..

Not forgotting the Unactive members, spread

The only difference I would use with new and old PSA's is to be sure that I communicate more tips and ideas on how to work SFI and TC with the new members, than I would the old members. Anything to do with DD, both would be treated the same. The fact that both are actively working for the same goals requires that they all be treated to the same communications revolving around being a DD. This puts the responsibility on all of them to achieve separately and together. If the new PSA's don't understand
