What qualities should we look for in our PSAs before sending them an invitation for the Designated Diamonds program? And where do I look?

Hello Denana

You have hit the target right in the center by asking this wonderful question as these days we are all (specially the team leaders) looking forward to designate our downline affiliates as Diamonds.

Personally, I would look into the following qualities:

1. After joining, what actions did she/he had completed? Some affiliate complete their profile on the first day it-self others do not complete it for weeks together. That shows the level of interest &

Hi Denana,
The qualities to look for is:
1. Their seriousness in the business.
2. For how long have they maintained the minimum rank in the DD Plan and that is the EA2 rank. If the requalification is not stable, then there is the tendency that that PSA will not make it through the DD plan.
3. An investor: those who you should invite should be investors. Those who have invested into the business and still does. Those who are DDs are real investors. I am one and this is the yardstick

Where do you look? When logging in daily, check your movers tab to find the PSA that is the go getter.

I will let you know how I will proceed to send out invitations to the Designated Diamonds program.

Having new team members that will show the dedication to building their business with SFI is difficult. So when you send the invitation, you want to see that your potential recipient of the invitation is dedicated and committed.

With that, I will watch my team members.

First remember that one must be an executive affiliate in order to be eligible in the first place. So it is a forgone conclusion that the affiliate in question is ready to succeed as a financial investment has already been made.

The other thing to look for is the willingness to devote the time necessary to learn about and then build the business. Are the daily to-do tabs being done each and every day?

An investment in time is, for some, the ultimate sacrifice as time can often

The first and obvious thing to look for is to invite those who are EA2. And continue to sponsor more PSA's that become EA2. I started off my mailing all my PSA's who are not EA2 yet and mentioning that I wanted to add them to the Designated Diamond program but was unable to because they have not reached EA2 yet. Then I proceeded to explain to them how they can become EA and eventually EA2.

Becoming a Diamond Team Leader is a huge step that we don't make all at once. So it's important to

Hello my friend, and Happy New Year!

Thank You for the good question.

An invited member, of course, has to meet the first condition that is Execute Affiliate (EA).
But it is a formal requirement. The first month, anyone can become an EA. In practice, this is not difficult. He/she finished intermediate tasks, LaunchPad lessons and that's it. It is not a measure that is a good worker or not.

If PSA, in second month, certificate EA status, it is a serious matter.
Especially,

This is a serious and important question.

Invitations are limited, so they should not be tossed around without serious thought given.
Otherwise, the program becomes a joke and not what it was intended to be:
"SOMETHING SPECIAL"!

Who should you invite to be your Designated Diamond (DD)?

Do not issue invitations "willy-nilly"! Consider carefully each and every invitation because,
if accepted, you’re making a multiyear commitment

Hi Denana,

I have been asking myself the same question, thanks for asking. The invitations that I have sent out so far are to those who are actively working and promoting the SFI program ... growing their team and supporting their team. They have a Standing Order and log in every single day.

I look at my Movers List first because I know who log in regularly by checking this list daily. Then I used my genealogy to identify Standing Orders. I am looking for people who

Hello, Designated Diamonds is great motivation, but for sure needs some qualities in PSA.
I looked at my Genealogy and I didn't see some who wants to be DD yet. But what I look for?
- Responsibility
- Daily, weekly, monthly activities
- Spending TCredits when needed
- EA 2 for at least 1 year
- Regular team mail or chat
- Pure interest in my experience
- Wanting to know more and ask questions
- Don't breaking any promises
- Serious attitude toward

Hi Denana Nenad Herman,

It is important to make sure the affiliates on your team you invite to the Designated Diamonds program are chosen wisely.

1 - SFI has rules for participation which requires:

The Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN–which prescribes identifying five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader. http://news.sfimg.com/2016/01/01/new-for-2016-designated-diamonds-program
