First you have to be able to get in contact with them. I find that usually encouragement is no issue once you built a rapport with them. Either through email, the SFI Chat feature, Team mail, Skype, etc. it doesn't matter.

If you don't establish contact, even if you offer to pay $20 for them to buy the NMP pack, they will not take you up on it because they don't bother to read their emails.

Once you have establish contact, it is slightly easier. Teach them the step by step.

This was my question when I joined SFI.

I tried to experiment with myself. And it worked too.
Later I realised that without funds too, we can build good team because SFI has such unique tools.

1. New E-Cards are the best method to encourage PSAs to stay active. Send some tips on regular basis. Don't forget to congratulate them with New E-Cards.

2. PSA and CSA mailer should be used effectively . To inform latest news and regarding working with business. Include

Fund is not required to keep ones PSAs active. What is required of a sponsor is the believe he/she has in SFI and be able to guide his/her team to grow. When you have no fund but have PSAs who are faithful to their SFI business, these are ways to encourage them;

1. Be a source of encouragement to them. Make your team mails a motivational tool to them regularly. In your newsletter to them, appreciate their efforts at moving up and give them tips to move further.

2. Be the resource

Encouraging PSAs to stay active is not all about investing money alone. You strongly motivate them to get and remain active even when you do not have money to invest on them.

Do the following if you have no money to invest on them.

Teach them step by step on how to start their SFI business beginning with getting started and the SFI basics.

Answer any questions they may have promptly, correctly and honestly.

Congratulate them on every new achievement.

Who ever is joining SFI is an Independent Contractor. It means the new affiliate is in an on line business.

As long as the new affiliates look at SFI as a serious business opportunity, they will learn things quickly and do their best to grow and succeed.

In short, they will not depend on their Sponsors or Up line for their growth.

Such serious minded affiliates will stay communicated with their Sponsors and seek answers as and when required. The Sponsors should

To have funds to invest in your business would be ideal as it will ensure you have a good start.

But lack of funds need not hinder you to do your best to encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI.

Invest your time instead, far more valuable and precious than money, if there is no caring involved.

For no matter how hard you hug your money, if you have it, it never hugs you back.

So use your precious time to teach, nurture, motivate and encourage your

How do you encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them?

That's a nice question and I will try to answer that with my own example because I too don't have funds to invest in my PSAs but I am still able to make my PSAs active in SFI.

Being a retired person and having very less amount at my disposal I needed more funds for my older days. I was looking to work from home because commuting daily was not feasible as I used to get tired very soon.

Encouragement comes in many forms that require no money:

1) Compliments and feedback: Sometimes, all a person needs is to hear that he or she is doing something correctly.
2) Additional training: If you can teach someone about an aspect of SFI he or she hasn't been using, there's definitely a benefit here.
3) General discussion: Get on a messenger, be it the SFI chat client or Skype, and just talk to your PSAs. They appreciate the connection and the interest.
4)

Great question. It seems to be an ongoing problem in building a team of active affiliates.

This is where the power lies.

Get connected with them, When I say connected I mean actually become a very important part of their lives.

How do we achieve this?

They can simply ignore their emails when life gets busy so with their permission ask when is a convenient time to give them a call.

Strategise and plan with them. Discuss their goals and state

It is not clear from your question whether you are asking about investing funds in getting PSAs or investing in them when they are already in your team. I will address both issues in order to clear any doubts.

When you want to build a team (PSAs and CSAs), you invest both time and funds to get them. This could be through your own advertising or through buying from say PSAs to go. If you do not have enough funds to get them, then it is a good idea to focus on free advertising and also apply
